The dealership is relaxed and easygoing yet still maintains professionalism. Our purchase had not been planned that day, but after talking to our sales person, Peter it was an opportunity we didn’t want to pass up! We were definitely looked after all the way through, and even after the fact when we realized there was some questions we had, Peter responded outside of business hours when he absolutely did not need to, nor was it expected. We will recommend River City Ford to friends, colleagues, people we don’t know…anyone who will listen…..what an awesome experience!
