To say my wife LOVES her new 2015 Ford Focus would be an understatement. Justin made buying a car as easy as you would buy a Slurpee. Once I had told Justin what I wanted in regards to financing, Bi-Weekly payments, accessories for the vehicle. etc., he simply just made it all happen. Jennifer Gorchynski who set up the financing was also great to work with and eerily efficient in wrapping it all up. I have been to other dealers on many occasions and these folks are by far the best I have ever dealt with. We called him up, told him exactly what we were looking for, and when we arrived at the dealership he had moved three vehicles up to the building for us to look at. We did make a purchase, and a couple of weeks later we got a nail in the tire. Due to work schedules we ended up sending our son to get what we thought would be a quick repair. It turned out the tire was unrepairable, and a tire needed to be brought in. This was going to cause our son to miss his classes in the afternoon. We called Justin, even though this was a service issue not sales, Justin assured us he would take care of it, and made arrangements to get a no charge vehicle for us to use so our son could make it to class. I was helped by Justin who is one of the sales reps. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. I didn't have that experience like you normally would at a car dealership. Justin wasn't pushy like a sales rep normally is and he was very concerned about what I wanted in a car. He took the time to talk to me about each car, let me test drive the cars, and talked me through the system inside the vehicle . I bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta standard, which I didn't know how to drive. Justin was great stayed late and taught me how to drive a standard. Overall the experience I had with Justin and river city Ford was great. I picked up the car the had it cleaned and everything ready to go. They called a week later and checked up and made sure everything was running well with the car and made sure I liked my purchase and was happy. If I needed two cars I would have bought two from river city Ford right away. More
