A class apart! I have purchased 6 vehicles from River City Ford since moving to Winnipeg in 2010. As much as this sounds ridiculous, life happens and the overall exc I have purchased 6 vehicles from River City Ford since moving to Winnipeg in 2010. As much as this sounds ridiculous, life happens and the overall excellent quality of the products keep me coming back. But however great the product is, you always need local support and representation. Brett Hirst became more than a sales person, he became a friend when he cold called me a few years ago looking for a trade in opportunity. At the time, I wanted nothing to do with this dealer as the previous management felt sales were more important than the customer's needs. I admit I gave Brett a really hard time, but time over time, he went above and beyond to see to my needs, no matter how little or trivial. The running gag we now have is that I "hate" him because every time I see him, its an expensive visit and I usually end up with a new vehicle (because he is so bloody good!) .... LOL. All kidding aside, Brett is what we as consumers looking for a new vehicle should be... a partner! Someone who will look at all the angles, Work out a pricing strategy that fits our very real financial situation and makes us feel like we are at home. The ENTIRE staff at River city ford is exactly like being at home with family. Sometimes going to the dealer is like pulling a bandage. Hurts at first but is better in the long run. They greet you with a smile, talk to you about what is best for you and always puts the customer first. I am a very proud customer of River City Ford and will always recommend this dealership to many others in Winnipeg,... Manitoba... and Canada! I hope your experiences are as good or better than mine. I immediately felt welcomed by a friend, not someone trying to push a sale. Throughout my time, Brett would consistently go out of his way to make sure I knew everything there was to know about what I wanted. If it want there, he would find it. If I was thirsty, there was a drink in my hand. After chatting for a while we parted ways. But that didn't mean that's where Brett stopped. Searching and searching for a couple days, he found the perfect truck for me, called me personally, and said he found what we were looking for. Sure enough, it was a beauty! I was overly impressed by the time and dedication spent on finding what fit for me. Everyone from the sales team to the financing department and beyond. I was treated with honesty and respect from the first step. I couldn't be more proud and happier having purchased a brand new F150 from River City Ford. I would not only recommend River City to everyone, but would insist that they go there. It takes the stress out of car buying and make you feel part of the family! More

Patrick was great to work with! I appreciated his honesty, when he didn't know an answer, he said so and eagerly said he'd find out. He anticipated my questions and was attentive and yet not afraid of quiet moments when I was thinking. Now Nazir made a point of shaking my hand a million times and several high fives (about 3 too many so he gets a 4 instead of 5 in the rating below) and over promising on delivery time - lucky for him he's friendly and let me pick out my colour of balloons for the show room for the pick-up day! Also fun! The most disappointing thing was not getting the email asking for my comments so I looked up this site on my own. Jennifer was very friendly although the financing time did take quite a while even though my credit rating is excellent (just ask Jennifer). More
