Best Experience Ever!!! As we were driving around in the parking lot, Justin Goldstone came to our car and asked if there was anything he could help us with today. We had tr As we were driving around in the parking lot, Justin Goldstone came to our car and asked if there was anything he could help us with today. We had tried to go to another Ford Dealership in Brandon and the salesperson there was so rude and headed us off before we could get into the dealership and ask questions. At that moment, we decided we weren't going to shop at a Ford Dealership at all. However, our experience with Justin and River City Ford in Winnipeg was so completely the opposite that we told him once we were ready to purchase we would be coming to him. Justin kept in contact with us every couple of weeks making sure that he took care of our changing needs as we were considering what vehicle to purchase. Although we really liked the Edge, our budget wouldn't allow us to go in that direction. Neither my husband or myself felt comfortable in the Escape so we wouldn't consider that vehicle either. We needed something that would be comfortable for my husband's back and very good on gas. We were really leaning towards a Jeep and as things worked out, the day we were ready to purchase, a Jeep had arrived at River City Ford. We told Justin the deal we could get at a Jeep dealership that we had gone to earlier that day and allowed him to find something for us. The Jeep that came in earlier that day ended up being perfect for our needs. They had agreed on an offer that we couldn't refuse. The care and consideration that River City Ford has made toward us has been second to none in our experience of vehicle purchases. We also need a truck in the near future and won't consider another dealership after this. Justin has been great throughout as well as the Sales Managers and the Finance Manager that we had the opportunity to work with. They have the most friendly staff environment that we have been in. River City Ford is definitely the place to purchase a vehicle!!! More

Salesperson promises you one thing, and the "financial manager" reads you the fine print and smacks you in the back of the head. Of course the blame partially lies on the consumer for not seeing through the crap, but you're better off going somewhere where they hopefully have at least a small sense of decency. Disgusting.
