Exelent I decided to buy a brand new Ford Edge. First dealer that I visited ask me WHAY Sport and try to change my mind. Second dealer try to sold me car wit I decided to buy a brand new Ford Edge. First dealer that I visited ask me WHAY Sport and try to change my mind. Second dealer try to sold me car with damage with explain that damage is not big deal. OK I went to third dealer. Show him ofer wich I have and agre with b/w payment of this amount on 6 years. This dealer said I can make less than this. His offer is 3$ less b/w and I answer ON 6 years. He said NO, 8 years. He try to take from me only 18 thousand extra. Last dealer River City make me happy More

They said they could not do it as so many people have dropped in that morning due to cold weather and they would need my car left there. What is an appointment for then and why waste my time. They found my name and appointment in system but did not know who booked it ! Run away as this is some shady operation and very poor customer service and I will never return. Told the customer service guy I would leave bad reviews and he really didn't care. If you remember this location used to be Can Clark Ford and they were the worst now with only new name it changed nothing about them. More

The next morning I called River City Ford service department and spoke to Jeff. He made an appointment for me for today, Tuesday January 2, 2018. I haven’t been able to drive my car for 4 days. So I call this morning to confirm my appointment and they have no record of me having an appointment at all. I was upset to say the least. Now I have to wait 5 days to drive my car. I am not happy at all!!! More

My god xxxx drivers door will not close and you guys can not figure out the issue.this is the second time his week you have had it at your dealership. This is absolutely ridiculous, this is a brand new truck and the drivers door won’t close when it gets to -7 that is absolutely embarrassing for you guys as a company. Not to mention you guys don’t even know how to fix it. My truck is still at your dealership, I would love to give a good review and I will. If you guys can figure how to fix my brand new truck. More
