When I picked up my vehicle it was left in the back compound wedged up to another vehicle which we could barely get into. Oil reset had not been reset which makes me hesitant the oil was changed. Bro compound wedged up to another vehicle which we could barely get into. Oil reset had not been reset which makes me hesitant the oil was changed. Brought it in for a recall and oil change and then was told by the way there is $3000 of repairs that need to be done as well. Theu parked my explorer with little respect and they do not seem to care for my business. More
I walked in very stressed, but Taylor was amazing & very helpful through the entire day! I left Ford river city wanting to cry happy tears, she was great & very friendly. The dealership was quick to get me in to address a minor issue that I am sure they knew would be a very small dollar fix and regardless they treated my issue promptly and did not mess around like other deal issue that I am sure they knew would be a very small dollar fix and regardless they treated my issue promptly and did not mess around like other dealerships do. Most times when I enter a car dealership I feel a sense of dread because most of the people Who work in them are less than professional. Scott Milquest (I hope I spelled that right) was so warm and welcoming as I was milling about and was happy to talk to me about what’s new at Ford. This vehicle will be due for an upgrade in a year or so and I will be sure to bring it in to discuss options with your team. Thank you to everyone at the store for your warm hospitality. Thanks for wearing your masks and staying safe. See you soon. More
