Best Automotive Sales Advisor I've Ever Dealt With I was looking for a used Venza and found one I was interested in at Richmond Hill Toyota. I was introduced to Bruce who took great care of me through I was looking for a used Venza and found one I was interested in at Richmond Hill Toyota. I was introduced to Bruce who took great care of me throughout the entire sales process. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the vehicle prior to the purchase to address any issues identified with the car. There was no pressure to purchase at any time from Bruce. Even after the sale was completed, Bruce really went out of his way to help me address a warranty issue with the car later that same week. Other sales people and dealerships I have dealt with in the past from Acura and Mercedes in the GTA could really learn something about customer service from Richmond Hill Toyota and inparticularly Bruce. He's a trustworthy and honest person to deal with and I would have no issues recommending him to anyone interestred in buying a used or new Toyota. In fact, we are going back into the dealership tomorrow to finalize another deal on a second car! More

As with my previous vehicles, Igor Sapojnicov was my saleperson. I have found Igor to be consistently courteous, efficient, and fair minded with pricing. He listens carefully and then I believe genuinely tries to tailor the sale to the customers requirements . The sale process with Igor has been a relatively pleasant one without any pressure or "posturing". I think Igor has been at this dealership nearly 20 yrs or so, and his experience, knowledge, and customer focus clearly shows. More

rudness and impolitely speaking I had an appointment for the service of my Sienna 2014 on Saturday10th of September 016 at 1:45 PM . I reached exactly on time driving from Bradford (new address) but I still wanted to have my service at your location . One of the assistant told me to leave the car and go to an advisor at station number 4 (I think his name is Devon ). He was assisting another customer , then I waited him for more than 45 min in front of his desk and he didn’t even give me any attention so I asked the lady who assist me in the beginning if any one else could help me. She asked the other employees and came to me and asked Devon that he should help me . His answer and reaction was surprising , he replied to her impolitely and rudely. He said “ Tell them to wait because I have a lot of things on my desk and I want to breathe ,“ and still didn’t pay any attention to me so I left without getting my service done 2:40 Since I had an appointment in advance at 1:45 and not assisted till 2:30 , it means you have something wrong and unacceptable. His rudeness didn’t encourage my patience . This complaint to be processed through the proper way and will be followed for serious response. More
