Searching vehicles on Autotrader one evening I ran across a Sienna I liked at Richmond Hill Toyota. Instead of sending an email or calling them I got in my car and went right over. I was promptly met by Bruce Potterton and the best purchase experience I ever had begun. Bruce sat me down at his desk where we shared a coffee and information regarding my needs and desires in a vehicle purchase? We then went out on the lot where he showed me the Sienna I was interested in and 2 others. We took 2 test drives and I settled on Bruce's recommendation of a 2011 Toyota Certified. We went back into the dealership and Bruce showed me the vehicle history report and explained the dealerships prep process of their pre-owned vehicles. Bruce then presented the pricing and payment options for the Sienna, of course I thought the pricing was bait high and made an offer. Bruce presented the offer to management and in a short time Rocco Morra the used car manager came by to meet me. Rocco was a pleasure to deal with also we did a bit of negotiation and 20 minutes later I was the new owner of a 2011 Sienna. I would highly recommend Richmond Hill Toyota to anyone who was in the market for a new or used vehicle! More
