I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson from them and was told that the vehicle had only 50,000 km and had never been painted or repaired. Later, I disc I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson from them and was told that the vehicle had only 50,000 km and had never been painted or repaired. Later, I discovered that the actual mileage was around 80,000 km. When I raised the issue, I was told it was a “typing mistake.” A discrepancy of 30,000 km is not a simple typo and seriously raises concerns about the accuracy of the information provided to customers. Unfortunately, that was not the only issue. I was repeatedly assured that the vehicle had no paintwork history. However, after an accident, when I took the car to a body shop for repairs, I was informed that the vehicle had in fact been repainted previously. Customers rely on the information provided by a dealership when making an important purchase. Being misled about both the mileage and the vehicle’s history is unacceptable and has completely destroyed my trust in this business. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. Based on what happened, I cannot recommend this company to anyone, and I will never do business with them again. More
