Not only was Lina so professional and knowledgeable about everything I needed to know in regards to the car I was looking for, but she was also very pleasant, efficient and with high customer service experience. I liked very much the fact that she took the time to explain me the difference between leasing and financing. She patiently answered every question and concerns I had, which made me feel secure about my decision to acquire my vehicle. Excellent I was planning to purchase in the fall a 2017-18 RAV4. I had a 2004 Highlander with 390000km. Luckily a 2018 Limited RAV4 demo came in while I was get I was planning to purchase in the fall a 2017-18 RAV4. I had a 2004 Highlander with 390000km. Luckily a 2018 Limited RAV4 demo came in while I was getting a lube oil filter etc. I had walked through the pros and cons of phurchase vs lease while waiting for servicing with Brad and this car fitted my option list. Brad Scherer stayed and took me out to test drive and showed me how the car worked. There was no pressure and I Had time to think it through. I leased it with Jeff Lazarus and arranged pick up for the next week in an efficient, friendly setting and thourghly enjoyed the experience. The car was in excellent shape (1550 km) and clean.
