The overall agency is good after sales service is at par but a few Sales Representatives are spoiling the reputation of RH Toyota in particular and the Toyota cars in General. The management team in sales are not customer focused and difficult to reach... escalating issues to the GM doesn’t yield results as he has no courtesy to provide an appointment or attend or return phone calls to address customer concerns... they resort to avoidance & escapism to face customer issues. So if you are buying car with them try others rather than them... you’ll find better deals and better customer service... please take my word, you will be better off. More
