I've read some reviews and would have to agree that everyone at this location is really friendly and helpful. We purchased a Toyota Camry and a Toyota Venza and we absolutely love it! What makes it even better is the great customer service it provides. We were greeted by a sales rep named Clive Cheung the minute we walked in. He not only gave us good recommendations on what to purchase, but he's also honest and not like most - only tell you what you want to hear. He is super organized and always made sure that everything is taken care of. He gave us his business card for any questions or inquiries and of course my mother took advantage of that and called him for almost everything related to our cars and he still didn't mind at all. My family and I only go to this one location for service because they're trustworthy and makes sure the job gets done and most importantly done properly. The best part is the customer's needs are always looked after. Just like one of the reviewers said.....even if it's a last minute's notice, they'll try to find a way to squeeze you in. The sales rep. are just wonderful as well as the mechanics/technicians. There's no other place I'd rather go.....highly recommended. More
