I have a concern about the Lien but he and the manager gave me sufficient proof and information to guarantee that everything was OK. Kian support for all the emails I sent (and calls) were answered very satisfactory and on time. I definitely would buy a new car at Toyota Richmond Hills and specially with Kian, I already recommended him for a few friends ! For improvement, I would point out for the Dealer: - I noticed after leaving the dealer that my rear windshield wiper rubber was falling apart (aged). I requested to fix it but but was informed that was normal wearing and I should change on my one. I little bit disappointed since I expected the car things working but not a big deal. - when I arrived to pick up the car, the tire was a little bit flat. But they took the car to the maintenance shop and checked (20 min). Good at end but flat tire was not expected to pass unnoticed (specially for Toyota certified). Bradley Brown is the reason I bought my new car. Went to the lot Second week in March just to see what they had as my old car needed repairs and it was time to make a change. Brad showed me some opt Went to the lot Second week in March just to see what they had as my old car needed repairs and it was time to make a change. Brad showed me some options in my price range but none fit. We discussed what my ideal car would like (leather, sunroof, under 120kms, power options, sporty and lots more). I know it was a tall order but later that day while I was doing yard work Brad drove into my driveway with exactly what I was looking for, all within my price range. (He had an incorrect number for me on file so he took time out to drop a business card with the cars details to me). We took it for a test drive right away and I told Brad I needed to discuss with my wife before I could commit. He was not pushy at all and said "take the time you need". He held the car for me until we had time to look at it again the next night. Once my wife and I had time we both took a look and decided to purchase. Upon closer inspection I noticed some scratches on the driver rear quarter panel and a crack in the front skirt. I knew I could buff the scratches out and fix the small crack myself, and not a bad tool use to haggle on price. When discussing price, Brad and the financing guys helped me get the price and terms I needed. When I went to pick up my car a few days later the scratches had already been buffed and the crack fixed. The car looked like new. It has now been close to a month since I purchased the car and everything has been great except I noticed some brake noises. Again Brad helped me get that fixed (car had aftermarket pads, OEM is the way to go) and the dealership took care of it for me. I normally would not write reviews but the quality of service I received and the great care Brad put into making this purchase easy on me deserves to be mentioned. If are you looking for an honest, quality place to buy a car I would suggest Richmond Hill Toyota and be sure to ask for Brad. More

I run a retail business, and a car dealership is no different. If you treat the employees with a reasonable amount of respect, they will do the same. That's how I feel I was treated by everyone at the dealership, including Christian, the business manager. I was made a fair deal, given the vehicle I purchased was so new.
