He did not counter back and told me that his job is to come to the dealership and negotiate with the customer with manager, and don't drink a lame coffee that i was drinking (tim horton). and told us to get up. when we get us he bang d chair to the floor and told us that this is the door to go out side and bye. that is unacceptable customer service. like if you can't make any deal, just be polite and give ur card and told ur customer that here is my card if u change ur mind don't hesitate to call me. and don't give a customer an attitude if the deal cant happen. More
