Although we weren't expecting to buy a van right away, Bruce helped us get good value and also took care of all the extra details to allow us to take it to our home province of Manitoba. We were looking into purchasing a reliable van and Sam made the entire process as painless as possible. What set him apart from everyone else was his enthusiasm and genuineness. Sam walked us through the entire process, from number crunching to test driving to final documentation with ease. Not only did we get everything that we needed (sold our car to the dealer as well), but we ended staying well under our budget and received MUCH more than we had initially anticipated. I service my car, Toyota Avalon (as well as the previous one, also Avalon) Recently I had a car problem and turned to Toyota Richmond Hill dealership. I service my car, Toyota Avalon (as well as the previous one, also Avalon), in this dealership for many years. Brad Scherer, Senior Service Advisor, has helped me to deal with this specific problem. He explained what the problem is and what are my options, translated and explained technical details, helped with advise, was very professional, and made the whole experience manageable. The problem was fixed to my satisfaction. However, the real check of the quality of service was when I heard some noises on the road and returned to dealership to check the car in case it's connected to the problem I had earlier. Brad was patient and courteous. My car was inspected and checked, road test was performed, at no additional cost. And this is not just one case when my concerns were listened to and acted upon in spite of the fact that there was no problem found. I had similar experiences during my 10+ years that I live in Richmond Hill and use this dealership. Just wanted to thank Brad and other Service Advisors I worked with as well as technicians in this dealership for good job they are doing. Over the years I used several Toyota dealerships in GTA but with this one I had the best experience. More
