Billed for a premium service that was not asked for Brought my wife's Toyota Highlander in today (May 23) to replace the transmission fluid and to have the bulbs replaced in the the foglamps.. Ronnie, Brought my wife's Toyota Highlander in today (May 23) to replace the transmission fluid and to have the bulbs replaced in the the foglamps.. Ronnie, the Service advisor asked if I wanted the premium transmission service for a $249 - Told him, that I only wanted the simple drain and replace which I had booked the appointment for which only costs $149... When the car is ready - I end up with a $380 bill that reflects the more expensive transmission service. Not happy about that slip-up; don't believe that it was accidental. More
