Having done multiple test drives with the offerings of Toyota, Mazda, Volkswagen, Nissan, etc. over the spring, we were running out of time to get a new larger vehicle to support two months of outdoor adventures already planned. Jeff talked us into trying out the Outback, championed its strong attributes or capabilities and we realized on the insightful road test, it was both different than the other vehicles we had on our shortlist and unbeknownst to us previously, the best vehicle to meet our needs. Now the real challenge began. We wanted a specific colour and trim at a time when 2016 vehicles were beginning to be in short supply and we needed the vehicle in less than 10 days! Well, Richmond Hill Subaru came through. Off we went on over 9000km of travel around Ontario in under six weeks. It was an awesome summer! Post-sale service has been satisfying too. Changing car brands can be scary, but Richmond Hill Subaru made it less daunting with their customer focus and attention, without the usual dealer pressure cooker nonsense. As a previous very long time Toyota customer, I have not looked back. More
