Alex is definitely a cool guy to talk with. Professional advice, friendly service and answered all my questions. I didn't have a specific car / model in mind when I went in, but he asked just the right questions to understand my needs. He recommended not just the right car, but also clearly explained to me the differences between those models and packages so I know my options better. He is not as pushy as some dealers, just at the right level that I feel comfortable with. He even gave me a follow up call today not just to thanks my visit but also to see if he can further assist me and see if I have any further questions.
