I visited Richmond Hill Subaru on a weekday evening. I was running late after getting off work later than expected, yet they still managed to fit me in for a last minute appointment shortly before closing. I was extremely impressed by their level or preparedness, product knowledge, and transparency in understanding what I was looking for in a vehicle, and outlining all the options I should consider. The honesty and transparency of the sales staff really set this dealership apart from the other ones I've visited, as the sales staff thoroughly outlined the applicable promotions/discounts when discussing the payment options. Throughout the entire process from test driving to purchase and after-sales communication, responses were timely and quick, and I was always up to date with the status of the delivery. Overall, I had an extremely positive experience at Richmond Hill Subaru, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Subaru. More

Awesome car buying experience I started looking for an SUV a month and a half ago, having looked at many different SUV's I narrowed it down to a CRV and a Subaru Forester. I met Ke I started looking for an SUV a month and a half ago, having looked at many different SUV's I narrowed it down to a CRV and a Subaru Forester. I met Kevin on my first visit and tested out a used 2015. He was really kind in answering many of my questions about the vehicle. He was very thorough and helpful, unfortunately we couldn't get to a price that fit my budget so I left that's day. Kevin kept me posted on other used vehicles that had come into the lot. He was patient and not pushy about making me purchase. He was also very honest which my sisters and I found very endearing. Ended up purchasing a 2016 used. Way more than what I budgeted but for the vehicle and for the safety it's all worth it. We then had the opportunity to meet Michael for the financial portion of it. He was just as awesome as Kevin. It really makes a difference when one is making such a large purchase that the person making the sale is sincere and that's the characteristic both Kevin and Micheal possessed. Mark was patient to take the time to check the coverage and made sure I was aware of what needed to be fixed by having the service technician explain the issues with the car as well.
