Tony Wong is the salesperson for my '09 STi, but all the service work has been completed by Susanne and her team. I've asked RH Subaru for specialty requests, like a fitness report for the performance dr service work has been completed by Susanne and her team. I would not buy 3rd party accessories from a Dealer again, because of after-sales support without being able to complete a Warranty card, but there was no issue with the load carrier item itself.
