One of the worst services that I have ever had! On November 18, 2016, I left my Honda Civic 2015 in the Richmond Hill Honda service centre for front charger warranty repair. The Service Consult On November 18, 2016, I left my Honda Civic 2015 in the Richmond Hill Honda service centre for front charger warranty repair. The Service Consultant told me " it'll take 2-3 hours to repair and another assistant from the station drove me home. I got my car only next day late in the afternoon, not repaired as this piece was missing and needed to be ordered from another place. No arrangements for replacement car were offered to me earlier. Right now I have been waiting for 2 weeks for the missing part. So I stayed 2 days without car, I missed half work day , I spent money and time on public transportation. And ALL this only for minor thing such as charger repair. Don't even want to think how bad the situation could be with more serious issues!!! This is not the first I face such a bad customer service from Honda. Never Honda again! However very good car! More

Test Drive Honda We went to Richmond Hill Honda and asked for test drive a 2016 Civic and trade-in an old one. The sales person was nice and sat us down in the office, We went to Richmond Hill Honda and asked for test drive a 2016 Civic and trade-in an old one. The sales person was nice and sat us down in the office, then arranged everything for us. The sales got the car ready and we went out together. SURPRISED ?! The sales got onto the driver seat, and asked us to sit on the side and the back ! I said EXCUSE ME, WHAT DID YOU SAY!!! The sales apologized, but insisted that it is Richmond Hill Honda COMPANY POLICY. He mentioned we could talk to the Manager to get special arrangement to drive the car right away instead of sitting aside. I feel sorry for the sales person, he lost us and many potential customers because of that COMPANY POLICY. I have never heard anything like that from the other stores. More
Service Maintenance On October 12, 2016(Wednesday), I took my 2014 Odyssey Touring for B1 service. Since my appointment time is at 10:45am but I drop off at 9:30am and we On October 12, 2016(Wednesday), I took my 2014 Odyssey Touring for B1 service. Since my appointment time is at 10:45am but I drop off at 9:30am and went to work by bus. According B1 schedule is oil change , inspection etc., but it take forever to complete at close at 8:00pm. I don't know why it takes so long but never before. All I know is when I there at 7pm, I saw my car just driving to the garage and started to change oil and inspected tires, brakes. The worst part is I saw a mechanic was chatting with someone and my car was sitting for nothing. My car at the end pick up around 8pm and no dinner can prepared except buy take out for my children. My car filled up with many water spots and the roof has greasy spots close to the door discovered after went home No explanation but please paid $258.57 More

I asked to see the copy of the cancellation agreement and the sales manager babbled about $40/day of interest until the vehicle was sold. Asked for the interest in terms of %, he said 'AROUND 5%'. I demanded to see the cancellation clause, then he said once I decided to cancel, their lawyer would be providing me with a copy. They don't even attempt to listen to their customer's concern. I would not recommend this dealership. More

new honda crv broke down in few days BE CAREFUL!! I have just bought a brand new 2016 Honda CRV Touring from this dealership. I picked it up on Friday and drove it to work for the first t BE CAREFUL!! I have just bought a brand new 2016 Honda CRV Touring from this dealership. I picked it up on Friday and drove it to work for the first time on Tuesday. It stalled in the middle on the road and all the hazard lights came on the dash board. Everything went wrong, messages kept rotating with "check VSA system, check power steering system, check ACC system, check Emission system..." and the car totally broke down in the middle of the intersection! The car wouldn't go even when I was pressing down on gas pedal. As cars were approaching from behind, the experience was very frightening. I then called Honda roadside assistance. I had to answer many questions and they sent me a form through a link by text and it requires the completion of a questionnaire, providing information such as the VIN number before someone live comes on phone! I don't know how they expect you to type in answers to a whole questionnaire when you're in an emergency. Then I called the Richmond Hill Honda dealership at the site of the car breakdown. There was no offer to come pick me up whatsoever. The sales rep just told me to get car towed back to dealership. I requested for courtesy car while on phone and there was no assurance that I will be provided with one. I had to arrange for my own ride back to dealership while the new car was being towed by a third party towing company "JP towing" which provided good service. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was kept waiting and waiting while the sales rep looked for a manager. This is unacceptable as I had already called ahead and the dealership was already expecting me to arrive. Then I was told that courtesy cars are only for customers with car repairs exceeding 4-5 hours!!! After I complained, the manager, Kevin finally agreed to provide me with rental car. But instead of having a courtesy car there, the customer is expected to go offsite to another location to obtain the rental car. All this from buying a brand new 2016 Honda CRV from this dealership with purchase of extended warranty and rust proofing, and this happened on the 4th day of driving a brand new car! The service at this dealership is abhorring! More

How if I sell you a claimed car, won't you bring down the price, beating about the bushes and didn't convenience me about the lemon car. STAY AWAY GUYS. More
