Service Maintenance On October 12, 2016(Wednesday), I took my 2014 Odyssey Touring for B1 service. Since my appointment time is at 10:45am but I drop off at 9:30am and we On October 12, 2016(Wednesday), I took my 2014 Odyssey Touring for B1 service. Since my appointment time is at 10:45am but I drop off at 9:30am and went to work by bus. According B1 schedule is oil change , inspection etc., but it take forever to complete at close at 8:00pm. I don't know why it takes so long but never before. All I know is when I there at 7pm, I saw my car just driving to the garage and started to change oil and inspected tires, brakes. The worst part is I saw a mechanic was chatting with someone and my car was sitting for nothing. My car at the end pick up around 8pm and no dinner can prepared except buy take out for my children. My car filled up with many water spots and the roof has greasy spots close to the door discovered after went home No explanation but please paid $258.57 More

I demanded to see the cancellation clause, then he said once I decided to cancel, their lawyer would be providing me with a copy. They don't even attempt to listen to their customer's concern. I would not recommend this dealership. More

new honda crv broke down in few days BE CAREFUL!! I have just bought a brand new 2016 Honda CRV Touring from this dealership. I picked it up on Friday and drove it to work for the first t BE CAREFUL!! I have just bought a brand new 2016 Honda CRV Touring from this dealership. I picked it up on Friday and drove it to work for the first time on Tuesday. It stalled in the middle on the road and all the hazard lights came on the dash board. Everything went wrong, messages kept rotating with "check VSA system, check power steering system, check ACC system, check Emission system..." and the car totally broke down in the middle of the intersection! The car wouldn't go even when I was pressing down on gas pedal. As cars were approaching from behind, the experience was very frightening. I then called Honda roadside assistance. I had to answer many questions and they sent me a form through a link by text and it requires the completion of a questionnaire, providing information such as the VIN number before someone live comes on phone! I don't know how they expect you to type in answers to a whole questionnaire when you're in an emergency. Then I called the Richmond Hill Honda dealership at the site of the car breakdown. There was no offer to come pick me up whatsoever. The sales rep just told me to get car towed back to dealership. I requested for courtesy car while on phone and there was no assurance that I will be provided with one. I had to arrange for my own ride back to dealership while the new car was being towed by a third party towing company "JP towing" which provided good service. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was kept waiting and waiting while the sales rep looked for a manager. This is unacceptable as I had already called ahead and the dealership was already expecting me to arrive. Then I was told that courtesy cars are only for customers with car repairs exceeding 4-5 hours!!! After I complained, the manager, Kevin finally agreed to provide me with rental car. But instead of having a courtesy car there, the customer is expected to go offsite to another location to obtain the rental car. All this from buying a brand new 2016 Honda CRV from this dealership with purchase of extended warranty and rust proofing, and this happened on the 4th day of driving a brand new car! The service at this dealership is abhorring! More

How if I sell you a claimed car, won't you bring down the price, beating about the bushes and didn't convenience me about the lemon car. STAY AWAY GUYS. More

When i arrived, dealership hours ended and he staied late with me and answered all my questions and took me for test drive. I found him very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, open minded and knowing what he is talking about and after long day at work was really a pleasure to deal with him and make a decision to buy a car. I end up purchasing this car and upon delivery met with Denis again. He took his time to show me all car options and buttons. Car was spotless and at no time i was on the road enjoying my new used car. Please contact Denis and deal with him if you want to buy. That's the place to be and that's the sales person to buy from. I strongly recommend. More

When I arrived the receptionist (who I was told to see) Seemed clueless and didn’t even ask for my name after I told her I have an appointment (would have thought she would check) A Sales man came up to me and said that “unfortunately the car is out and another person is ahead of me”. I said I made an appointment with Amanda for 11:00 am and all he could say is the car is popular and there are a lot of walk up’s. I said I don’t care, I booked an appointment. All he could say is it would be 30 or 40 minutes and I could get a coffee in the mean time. During this whole time none of the staff (who just stared) came to the rescue or even offered to assist the barrage this salesman was taking and as i was leaving had the nerve to offer me his card... Not a way to treat a potential customer. More

You should have peace of mind going in and buying a car from this dealership, especially from their used car department. I would consider myself an educated buyer with a fair amount of knowledge about the industry. Eugene (used car salesman) was excellent from start to finish. He asked all the necessary questions to understand my situation and place me in the car that was best suited to my needs, not just the car that would make the dealership the most money. Finance Manager was great and explained all my options and did a great job matching add ons to my situation. Even though I didn't purchase any of them I didn't feel I was getting products shoved down my throat. Antoine, the used car manager was great as well. He was more than fair an honest during the entire process and I will have no problem referring business to this dealership or buying future cars from them. All in all I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market to buy a used car. I have had good experiences at other dealerships as well, but these guys went the extra mile. Long story short after hours( i was there more than 10 times for a single issue ) i spent bringing my vehicle to fix what they were suppose to fix when i first brought it in and after i spent hundreds of dollars to get it done i decided that i'm giving up . I will look for someone who knows what he is doing and will stay away from this place More
