I was undecided about getting a corolla or civic. dealt with Victor, he took time to explore options with me, explain differences in ways i could understand and let me decide what was best for me with no pressure. I never felt I was being sold to or pushed into something I don`t want or need. After I bought the car he kept in touch to answer my questions, even coming in on his day off to make sure i got my car when i wanted. 100% recommend Victor and this dealer. Great experience there and friendly staff. More

I told him of my budget and it was a little tight on what my options were but he showed me a few cars and was very helpfull in getting me the price i could afford. But ofcourse getting the car i want as well. The deal was done in 1.5 hours thats it thats all. Quickly getting appraisal on the trade in vehicle and financing for the new vehicle. Ofcourse it did help being a loyal customer of theirs for 15 + years. Nonetheless the service was great and fast. I would recommend u see Eugene for any of car purchases. Yours Trully Eugene S More

We gave another Honda Dealership, Richmond Hill Honda a try and so glad we did. I understand everything has its value and price so as a customer, I want a fair deal. We were approached by Lewis Mui and Kim Tin. Both were great, period! - professional, reasonable, caring... Did I say caring? They listened to our needs, recognised to our budget and worked hard to present us with the best options FOR US. We sign the lease in 20 min. Picked up the car today. We will be back again and deferentially recommend Lewis Mui and Kim Tin ! More

One of the worst services that I have ever had! On November 18, 2016, I left my Honda Civic 2015 in the Richmond Hill Honda service centre for front charger warranty repair. The Service Consult On November 18, 2016, I left my Honda Civic 2015 in the Richmond Hill Honda service centre for front charger warranty repair. The Service Consultant told me " it'll take 2-3 hours to repair and another assistant from the station drove me home. I got my car only next day late in the afternoon, not repaired as this piece was missing and needed to be ordered from another place. No arrangements for replacement car were offered to me earlier. Right now I have been waiting for 2 weeks for the missing part. So I stayed 2 days without car, I missed half work day , I spent money and time on public transportation. And ALL this only for minor thing such as charger repair. Don't even want to think how bad the situation could be with more serious issues!!! This is not the first I face such a bad customer service from Honda. Never Honda again! However very good car! More

Test Drive Honda We went to Richmond Hill Honda and asked for test drive a 2016 Civic and trade-in an old one. The sales person was nice and sat us down in the office, then arranged everything for us. The sales got the car ready and we went out together. SURPRISED ?! The sales got onto the driver seat, and asked us to sit on the side and the back ! I said EXCUSE ME, WHAT DID YOU SAY!!! The sales apologized, but insisted that it is Richmond Hill Honda COMPANY POLICY. He mentioned we could talk to the Manager to get special arrangement to drive the car right away instead of sitting aside. I feel sorry for the sales person, he lost us and many potential customers because of that COMPANY POLICY. I have never heard anything like that from the other stores. More
