Used car purchase I received fast, friendly service when I was in for the passenger side airbag replacement and unexpected used car purchase. My experience from sta I received fast, friendly service when I was in for the passenger side airbag replacement and unexpected used car purchase. My experience from start to finish was exceptional! From first greeting to pick up, everyone I spoke to was very accommodating and really looked like they enjoyed working for the dealership. Here is what really set the Richmond Hill Honda apart! Even though I was 15 minutes late the service adviser took my car right in for service and I was given the same time for pick up as originally promised. To kill some time I took out a used car out for test drive to potentially purchase for my mother. During the drive we encountered rain and I had left my sunroof open back at the dealership lot. I had felt for sure the car would be soaked and hurried back to get my keys not knowing that a sharp eyed employee saw what I had done and had gone out to close the sunroof; this is above and beyond service! To top it all off the service adviser saw I had purchased wiper blades and asked if he wanted his mechanic to install them while he worked on the airbag, although I declined, it was an extremely nice gesture. The car was done 30 minutes early and brought right out front to me with a smile and a handshake! I went back a few days later to pay for and pick up the used car I drove and the sales department led by Lewis Mui is just as professional. My sales consultant was Kim Tin and she was low pressure and very competent. Finally Justin Chan handled the business end of the deal by being extremely friendly and explaining all of the fine print, I knew all of the details of the transaction BEFORE signing off. I am completely satisfied with the sales & service I received that day and will be singing the praises of your dealership to my fellow employees in my office. My business will solely remain with Richmond Hill Honda based on my last experience. More
