You should have peace of mind going in and buying a car from this dealership, especially from their used car department. I would consider myself an educated buyer with a fair amount of knowledge about the industry. Eugene (used car salesman) was excellent from start to finish. He asked all the necessary questions to understand my situation and place me in the car that was best suited to my needs, not just the car that would make the dealership the most money. Finance Manager was great and explained all my options and did a great job matching add ons to my situation. Even though I didn't purchase any of them I didn't feel I was getting products shoved down my throat. Antoine, the used car manager was great as well. He was more than fair an honest during the entire process and I will have no problem referring business to this dealership or buying future cars from them. All in all I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market to buy a used car. I have had good experiences at other dealerships as well, but these guys went the extra mile. I went there to get my car serviced and found out that they can't do a decent diagnostic or repairs that beyond oil change. Long story short after hours( i was there more than 10 times for a single issue ) i spent bringing my vehicle to fix what they were suppose to fix when i first brought it in and after i spent hundreds of dollars to get it done i decided that i'm giving up . I will look for someone who knows what he is doing and will stay away from this place More

I will defenitely avoid to even pass the area where they are. More
rude & terrible customer service I would not go back to this place for car purchase or car service anymore. rude staff, terrible attitude, they treated me like I was stupid and did no I would not go back to this place for car purchase or car service anymore. rude staff, terrible attitude, they treated me like I was stupid and did not know anything about cars. Told me on the phone that the work required was covered under Honda warranty, but after spending 5.5 hours with my car, they decided that was not covered. so I was stuck with a $800 bill in the end. Service department with the exception of the service advisers, were all rude, especially the service manger. I would not return for any more future services, and would definitely not buy a car from there ever again. More
unfair business transaction fr Richmondhill Honda On the 10th of February 2015, I signed a lease contract to purchase a new 2015 Honda CR-V SE from Richmondhill Honda dealership. The original agreement On the 10th of February 2015, I signed a lease contract to purchase a new 2015 Honda CR-V SE from Richmondhill Honda dealership. The original agreement that I agreed on was that the dealership would be taking my current vehicle with the last lease payment under the condition that I would be purchasing the new car. Also the amount we agreed on based on the value of my car with the insurance claim. Next day they have requested to increase the lease payment more than we had initially agreed and signed on because I allegedly did not report to them the insurance claim which I had already claimed on 2012. This is absolutely incorrect and is an unprofessional mistake made by the daler to not properly document the facts I clearly stated. After refusal of their request to increase my leas payment, the dealer informed me that he was not able to meet the delivery date which had originally been promised on February 10th. on February 14, I informed the dealer that I wanted to cancel the lease contract. Later that day the dealer replied back to me that if I wanted to buy the vehicle with the same amount as I had previously signed on February 10th, I would have to pay my last lease payment and then afterwards I can pick up the new vehicle. This is the ongoing situation where I am on ... Do you still want to business with them????? More
They broke my windshield I brought my car to service and when I picked it up, the windshield was broken, the crack (not scratch) was from left to right, non-repairable. The wo I brought my car to service and when I picked it up, the windshield was broken, the crack (not scratch) was from left to right, non-repairable. The worst was that they show me the piece of check sheet which when I put my initial, it was blank. But now someone put the mark on the windshield portion showing that it was there when it was brought in. My initials wasn't on that mark at all, obviously someone put in there after I put in my initial....I will talk to higher rank people tomorrow, don't know what it will be turn out, but the point is that, it is very dishonest and how can people do business like this. If they don't replace the windshield with genuine Acura part, I'll file a complain to Honda Canada. More

We felt that the margin We test drove a 2012 Honda Odyssey which was listed for $28400. The best price that was offered was $28000. We offered $27750. We felt that the margin was too small and there was no give on their end. In fairness to the salesman Raymond it was the sales manager that would not budge on the price. We then expressed interest in a 2011 which was listed for $26600. The best price there was $26200. I guess the sales manager likes the number $400. We left the dealership as our two small children were growing restless after two hours of back and forth to get nowhere with the 2012. In the parking lot we looked on autotrader to see where we should venture next. To our shock the 2012 that we had just test drove that was listed for $28400 (with 22000 km, in case the future buyer reads this) was now listed for $29586. I guess that's an easy way to increase the perceived savings margin. Go to Orangeville Honda. They moved $1700 and we are now the proud owners of a 2011 Honda Odyssey. Less hassle and no railroad. Dirty car I purchased my 2010 Honda Pilot at Richmond Hill Honda. When we saw the vehicle they said they just received the car and didn't have time to clean it I purchased my 2010 Honda Pilot at Richmond Hill Honda. When we saw the vehicle they said they just received the car and didn't have time to clean it up. A week later we purchased the car and it was slightly cleaner. I was told that the car would be detailed before picking it up and when my husband brought it home it was still dirty. I could take a baby wipe to the leather and with 3 wipes it comes out grey. I called the dealer and they told me to come back and that they would clean it. I took it back, waited for 2 hours and was given the car back with dirty water streaks coming down the leather seats. I was so annoyed and angry that I drove 1 hour for a half xxx job that I didn't have the patience to wait around any longer for them to clean it again. I would not recommend this dealership. More
