Buyer beware I would've given a zero if possible. I purchased my second vehicle from them because I thought it's the superfans dealership he does a lot of good, bu I would've given a zero if possible. I'm especially pissed that I bought extended warranty from these guys and I find out it practically covers nothing. On top of that my wife wanted to get the car checked because it does not run like the day we bought it. When we took it to other dealerships they told it's because the heat is on or something else was on, I thought these cars are supposed to outdo older cars but I guess it can't handle driving with the heat on. I took their advice and tried driving with nothing else on and still the same result. My wife took the car in today to get it checked and they scared her into purchasing a service package when all she wanted to do was get the car checked, get the update to add android auto. She was advised that this appointment was for servicing only and she was advised by Adrian that if she didn't get the car serviced it would not be covered for warranty in the future. That sounded so shady and they just confirmed it over the phone, not only did I get connected to the guy who scared my wife into purchasing the package but when i questioned him on some things he says I'm misinterpreting what he's saying. On top of that he says to me my manager is right here and I asked to speak to the manager and he says he's dealing with other customers. Makes me wonder does the lying ever stop. I even stated that when I was purchasing the car no one explained this to me to which he said "I'm not sure what they advised you I only look at the car after its purchased." I said then there's a big disconnect between sales and service and he denied that also. I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership I warn others to not believe what this dealership says as they lie as much as possible. My sales rep was Jagmeet whom conveniently stopped taking my calls or messages regarding the car once the sale was processed. So when they say contact anytime and they'll answer take it with a grain of salt. Also 60% of their reviews are 1 star on facebook, 75% are 1 and 2 star on dealerrater.ca, 75% on yelp are 1 and 2 star and 75% on 411.ca are 2 stars or lower. Did you notice a common theme they are reviewed badly on 75% of reviewing platforms. Would you like to be talked down to or would you rather go to a 4 or 5 star dealership and be treated like royalty for you hard earned money? Regretfully I made that mistake.....but Don't you deserve better? More
UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT getting you car serviced here is a lengthy process and takes a lot of patience. No matter what time you book your appointment but you car will be in getting you car serviced here is a lengthy process and takes a lot of patience. No matter what time you book your appointment but you car will be in service bay for at least one hour after your appointment time and then they have to take an hour for the service which is fine. They do not honor the appointment time. All the previous visits had cost me three hours of for just a simple oil change. They are always running late for some reason and i even had an argument with service adviser anil why this keeps happening but he said he is trying his best. In order to solve this issue i started coming to dealership one hour after the appointment time and it has worked fine last two visits and now they have a new adviser which only takes customer at their scheduled time which is good thing if she is trying to fix these service issues. She sent me back on the last visit stating that I was late which she is correct but the problem here is I was late on purpose. I can not accept anymore that they will bring my car in the service bay area one hour after my appointment time. This is not acceptable at all. This was my last visit even though all my service history is with them and this is the sole reason i kept giving them chances. I have decided to move to attrell Hyundai. More
Would not take a bicycle in to get the tyres checked! Want to get serviced? By the way,that is why a farmer takes his cow to the the bull.After the 6 weeks ,got the car back.They had replaced the defective parts with ,what else,defective parts!So the work was done!problem not solved,..refused to give a bill for the labour.Said it would be mailed...from here to that dealership ,it is a 15 minute walk...three weeks later,still,no bill.Went to another Hyundai dealership service department.Told them of the experience at Rexdale Hyundai.They had a good laugh,and shook their heads.Have bought Hyundai since the Pony...it is definitely the last time anything bought at Rexdale Hyundai...and,the odd thing is,we were not questioned about the cabin filter,seems the most often sold item at Rexdale Hyundai...everytime went in through their "servicing" was asked about replacing the cabin filter...while in to see about the bill,2 customers told about having their cabin filter replaced..look it up,you can do it yourself,the customers at that time were ladies,one elderly....so it's the old phrase,welcome the customer and" take'm in". More

Pathetic service Never take you vehicle to this place. They made me wait with 2 kids and after 2 1/2 hrs inform me that their scanner is not charged.
