However , when I recent I had good experience buying a car here with the previous owners and have had a very good experience with the service dept. However , when I recently explored possibly buying a new car, the sales staff, particularly the sales manager and business manager were very high pressure and did not listen to my concerns. When I decided not to buy a car they wouldn't refund my deposit of $1000.00 unless I took two hours to come into the dealership. No-one other than the receptionist would return my calls--including the dealership owner Nav Bhatia. This has been a really really bad experience --I would NEVER buy a car here-- and it has put me off Hyundai products. They took a satisfied customer and have totally turned me off! In the past I would gladly have recommended them--but now advise anyone to stay away unless they like high pressure disrepectful service--along with withholding your money if you are silly enough to give them a deposit! Unfortunately this has affected my high regard for the work you do--and have done over the years. More
