I lost a deposit because of their shady dealing. The sales person although friendly was sleazy and agreed verbally to specific requests, but lied afterwards. Not only did the management back this guy u sales person although friendly was sleazy and agreed verbally to specific requests, but lied afterwards. Not only did the management back this guy up, they promote this type of behavior and it is encouraged. The owner was always out of the country and at no time could I get a hold of him. Always out of the country is the common excuse. Hyundai Canada when approached basically said that all they do is give them a sign. They don't interfere on how the dealership conducts business. So the brand is bad. Keep away from Rexdale Hyundai and any other Hyundai dealership. They lie in order to get your business. They also do not understand what goodwill is nor customer service or word of mouth. Perhaps it's out of the country. More

However , when I recently explored possibly buying a new car, the sales staff, particularly the sales manager and business manager were very high pressure and did not listen to my concerns. When I decided not to buy a car they wouldn't refund my deposit of $1000.00 unless I took two hours to come into the dealership. No-one other than the receptionist would return my calls--including the dealership owner Nav Bhatia. This has been a really really bad experience --I would NEVER buy a car here-- and it has put me off Hyundai products. They took a satisfied customer and have totally turned me off! In the past I would gladly have recommended them--but now advise anyone to stay away unless they like high pressure disrepectful service--along with withholding your money if you are silly enough to give them a deposit! Unfortunately this has affected my high regard for the work you do--and have done over the years. More
