They misdiagnose an issue, make you pay for unnecessary work and then blame you for giving me the green light to fix it. I took my 2012 Veloster there. Although it is still under warranty, they told me that the problem they need to fix is not warrantied, so I had to pay for it. However, after the work was completed, I noticed the problem is still there. I requested a refund for the misdiagnosis but they refused. I contacted Hyundai Canada and there is not much they can do either. I should have read the reviews about this dealership before I brought my car there. An expensive lesson to learn. More

Worst customer service at the Service Centre I was spoke to in a rude tone at the service centre when I went to drop in my car for a service. While my car was being serviced, I wanted to go to a I was spoke to in a rude tone at the service centre when I went to drop in my car for a service. While my car was being serviced, I wanted to go to a place which is literally 2 blocks away from the dealership. I checked with them to see if they can drop me there and pick me up, but they said I could instead borrow a loner car. I asked them how much gas should I fill in when I get the loaner back and I was told it is based on the gas reading in the car. I said I only have to drive a couple of blocks and I was told not to worry about the gas if where I was going was not far enough that it would consume a lot of gas. I got in the loaner and it was stinking so, so bad. I got in and drove silently as it was only for a couple of blocks. When I came back to give the keys of the loaner, there was another customer rep and he asked me if I filled in the gas and I explained the whole conversation from earlier. This new customer rep started lecturing me that a car needs gas to move and even if I drive little, I need to refuel. I said I'd have done it but because it was such a short distance and that the previous customer rep was okay with it too, but he didn't care to listen and went on blabbering nonsense. There is a polite way to say that I need to do it and I would have happily agreed to it, but that way he spoke to me was undeniably rude. I am never going to this dealership again. More

xxxx-ish expericence with my Brand new car To make a long story short. I bought a new base model Elantra. I elected to add a remote key-less entry (along with a few other add-ons) the the car. On the day I picked the car up, I found that the trunk opener did not work even though the remote had a button for it. When I questioned Hector - the salesman - He very condescendingly tells me that the $300 option only opens and locks the door! And adds that he can sell me a Genesis that has that feature.. Shame on me for not questioning him about it in detail before I opted for it.. I left the showroom frustrated but resigned to the fact that I paid a lot of money for a dumb remote. fast forward to 2 weeks of usage, I discovered that the remote actually does not lock my car if I had previously unlocked it manually with the key. It honks the horn giving the impression that the car is locked, but it actually does not!! At this point, not only did they install a part that does not fully meet my expectations, it now also has a BIG defect or is not compatible with the car! after much back and forth between Hector and me over the phone and email trying to schedule a time to bring my car in, I sent my brother to the dealership with the car to get inspected by their tech. the INCOMPETENT tech first argues that that was how the remote was supposed to work!!! And Hector agrees with the guy. He then does some tinkering but 3 hours later, nothing gets fixed. I would advice everyone to STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership. The are looking to make a quick sale and dust their hands off the moment the car has left their lot. I wish I had to google search the dealership's reputation before signing onto the dotted line.. Take Advantage At All Costs I have had a terrible experience with this dealership. Corporately, no one knew how to transfer a warranty. It was a five minute job and took multiple visits and ME calling Hyundai Canada multiple times before it was figured out. Their service department is THE WORST. Every time I went for an oil change they pushed a more expensive inspection. I reluctantly agreed for them to find something wrong with my car every. Single. Time. The first time I figured my car just needed new brakes but come the second time, I realized they were just finding things to do to charge me. They were trying to do a brake flush every time and change my air filter each time (without waiting the appropriate time span or mileage). Also, each job was severely overcharged on jobs my boyfriend managed to do in mere minutes. Find a dealership with more integrity, which should not be hard since this one has ZERO of it. More

They seemed nice but later would not return calls and did not want to deal with the problem at hand. Mike Lord was the service person I dealt with maybe over worked or just usless I don't know . But the problem is still there. Also, at time of delivery the remotes were missing. The sales person, Taz said she would call the former customer for the remotes. I had to call her 5 times as she never followed up and never returned my calls. They were very quick to take my money and run, you will get better service from a crook on kijiji. They operate just like a stereotypical, crooked used car dealership you would see in the movies. I would truly suggest to avoid this dealer at all cost, they give hyundai and the automotive world a bad name. All talk and no action and empty promises. If you want better service go elsewhere . I would not even give them 1 star but won't left me. More
