Excellent Service - Thank You! I purchased my 2011 Elantra from this dealership in 2011 and been extremely satisfied with the performance of my vehicle as well as the service work p I purchased my 2011 Elantra from this dealership in 2011 and been extremely satisfied with the performance of my vehicle as well as the service work performed over the years. I still own my Elantra although unfortunately due to illness, it sat for approximately 2 years unused. I recently had the car towed to the dealership and with the wonderful performance of the Service Department under Jeff at Rexdale Hyundai I can again appreciate my vehicle and the great ride I've always had. I want to thank Jeff and his team for their hard work and attention to detail. Extra thanks to Michelle, my service advisor for great customer service and hard work. Thank You All! More

We had an excellent experience and were very happy when we left. I had even began recommending them. Our salesman was great. When we were doing the finance portion, we were convinced and pushed to get the dent insurance which was supposed to cover any dents under a toonie. This was something we didn’t really want but being out first new car we agreed and paid for it. So we called to get the dents taken care of. As our door had been hit in a parking lot by another car door, was nothing major. Which is how they sold us the service saying we wouldn’t have to worry about that.The person on the phone told us that they didn’t do that there. When we explained we purchased the protection . They then told us to bring it in. Needless to say when we got it back looked the exact same. This is just a money grab, do not make the same mistake we did. As this is fraud. We paid for a service and when we tried to collect no service was given. It’s a scam. We received a call asking how service went we explained we were not happy and were then told a manager would call us. My fiancé finally got through to a guy named Jeff who was very rude and said it was the best they could do which was nothing. Still waiting to here back from someone higher up as We feel taken as we paid good money for a service.This has extremely soured my experience and the worst part is no one has ever called me back since they knew we were unhappy or tried to rectify situation. After having our car fixed grease was everywhere in our car! Purchased a 2014 Sonata, after finding out the vents didn't work we brought it in to have it repaired, they had it for a week. We got it back only to Purchased a 2014 Sonata, after finding out the vents didn't work we brought it in to have it repaired, they had it for a week. We got it back only to find grease on the ceiling of the car, on the crossbars on the seats, it looks like they took a large screw driver to pry the plastic casing of the crossbar damaged that, when they took the glove box off it looks like they put it on the concrete floor and stepped on it and dragged it across the floor ruining the outside (foot print was still on the inside of the glove box). We tried to change the vent setting and still didn't work! a total of a week and a half to finally fix it. (Have pictures to prove!) There was a strange noise coming from one of the tires so we brought it to their attention and they comment was "it's still under the safety regulations so we don't have to replace it". We bought several cars from this dealership in the past and never again it's too painful to deal with these people. I would never recommend anything from them again. More

Just trys to blame on one another and zero team work and lack of responsibility. Never every but any Hyundai cars . Offering low interest rates is a way they sell their cars . If any questions plz comment and I will personally give all the info required before buying car from Rexdale Hyundai. More

I am always greeted with a smile from the people at the service desk and everyone is always willing to help.... form the quick service times, to the pricing even when i have any questions the technician that worked on car comes out to answer them and they are always so friendly !! Even the Managers are always so polite and say hi with a smile when i come in and make sure i am taking care of. I will definitely keep on bringing my Sontata to Rexdale Hyundai for for service More

At one point we were ready to walk out and walk away from the deal. He also said some rude things about sales person Jas at one point which we won't mention here. More

After stopping at a few Hyundai dealerships, I experienced rude sales people and managers who said things to make a sale and then did not follow through with their promise. When I got to Hyundai Rexdale, I was immediately pleased with Amit, who explained everything in plain English and made me feel more than comfortable. He was honest and willing to help me and provide me with the best possible deal. After purchasing the vehicle, Amit also called me to check in and see how the vehicle is going. I would rate this dealership a 10 if I could. Excellent service and amazing staff. More
