They are the worst dealership i have ever seen I bought a 2018 santa fe after same months i had a barring problem and booked an appointment they take car inside to check and they told u had accident that is 2018 santa fe after same months i had a barring problem and booked an appointment they take car inside to check and they told u had accident that is why the has a barring problem which was lie i never had accident so they said i have to pay or take my car.i didn’t have choice i did pay almost $500. That is just one barring then they change the wrong one when i took the car the car was still making the noise then I brought the car back to them they this noise is not from the barring then i said this noise is the reason I brought my car here and ur told me is the barring and know u are saying is not from the barring .I wouldn’t recommend to any one to this dealership i wish I didn’t buy my car from them More

I purchased my 2011 Elantra from this dealership in 2011 and been extremely satisfied with the performance of my vehicle as well as the service work p I purchased my 2011 Elantra from this dealership in 2011 and been extremely satisfied with the performance of my vehicle as well as the service work performed over the years. I still own my Elantra although unfortunately due to illness, it sat for approximately 2 years unused. I recently had the car towed to the dealership and with the wonderful performance of the Service Department under Jeff at Rexdale Hyundai I can again appreciate my vehicle and the great ride I've always had. I want to thank Jeff and his team for their hard work and attention to detail. Extra thanks to Michelle, my service advisor for great customer service and hard work. Thank You All! More

We had an excellent experience and were very happy when we left. I had even began recommending them. Our salesman was great. When we were doing the finance portion, we were convinced and pushed to get the dent insurance which was supposed to cover any dents under a toonie. This was something we didn’t really want but being out first new car we agreed and paid for it. So we called to get the dents taken care of. As our door had been hit in a parking lot by another car door, was nothing major. Which is how they sold us the service saying we wouldn’t have to worry about that.The person on the phone told us that they didn’t do that there. When we explained we purchased the protection . They then told us to bring it in. Needless to say when we got it back looked the exact same. This is just a money grab, do not make the same mistake we did. As this is fraud. We paid for a service and when we tried to collect no service was given. It’s a scam. We received a call asking how service went we explained we were not happy and were then told a manager would call us. My fiancé finally got through to a guy named Jeff who was very rude and said it was the best they could do which was nothing. Still waiting to here back from someone higher up as We feel taken as we paid good money for a service.This has extremely soured my experience and the worst part is no one has ever called me back since they knew we were unhappy or tried to rectify situation.
