Came in today August 24, 2020, and dealt with Brian in the service department. The previous Chrsyler dealership I purchased my 2018 Grand Cherokee SRT from lost my locking nut key and wouldn't offer any h the service department. Not only did Brian get me looked after, but he went out of his way to make sure I had the right information and didn't try and sell me a new set that I wouldn't need. Very impressed! The process of purchasing a vehicle from Renfrew Chrysler was extremely frustrating due to the sales team. The two 'stars' on this review are awarded to Stefan in finance and Sean in the parts department; they each excelled in their own realm of responsibility and truly were a pleasure to work with. I'm telling you - this place only cares that they make money. Take your business elsewhere if you wish to be treated with respect. More
Went to the dealership James Hevesi came out and introduced himself and we explained what we were looking for so he took us to look at some vehicles and found one we liked. Did a pre approval for financing then went to see Richard. They both were fantastic and very helpful. We bought the one we looked at and they made buying the Jeep an easy and professional experience. The sales manager Ryan asked me to do a 5 star review if he honored the deal we agreed on the truck. I gave my word that i would. Unfortunately, when we came to sign the deal, our agreement suddenly did he honored the deal we agreed on the truck. I gave my word that i would. Unfortunately, when we came to sign the deal, our agreement suddenly didn't exist anymore and the final numbers were different from what we agreed on. We mentioned it to the finance manager and he said it would be fixed, but they proceeded to hide added expenses we had already talked about multiple times removing.We spent almost 2 and half hours waiting to sign the papers. This was a very disappointing outcome and bad customer service. If they cant stand up for their word i cant stand up behind mine! More

Samantha is a very unprofessional parts person, she comes across as if she is better than you and that it is an inconvenience to deal with someone at the parts counter, like she is above that. This was the worst experience I have ever had (25 years) in dealing with a dealership. I was harassed to come in and do a deal, kept saying I didn't think it was the right time for me, but was assured t in dealing with a dealership. I was harassed to come in and do a deal, kept saying I didn't think it was the right time for me, but was assured that it was by the sales guy. I was then passed off to a different sales guy, and he assured me that a deal could be made even with my difficult situation. I was apprehensive when I went in to the dealership, but was re assured that they would be able to do something. We came to an agreement on a 2019 Ram, and did all of the required paperwork to get the ball rolling. I went back to work and waited for news. After 4 days of not hearing anything from them, I reached out to the sales guy. No response. This dealership is the worst in Calgary!! They have zero customer service skills, and they do not ever follow up with you. Beware of this dealership!!! They are the true meaning of slimy car sales, and really make you feel like your being scamed. My sales person Frank, is not even on this list. But the sales manager, James, was no better. The review would be negative stars if it was possible. More
Dropped in to check out what was available and prices. Talked to James McPhee about two I was interested in but they were both out of my budget.
