Over a two year period and numerous charges for miss diagnosing a fuel pump problem, the fuel system after having been miss diagnosed and being told their was no problem by Renfrew service department an diagnosing a fuel pump problem, the fuel system after having been miss diagnosed and being told their was no problem by Renfrew service department and manager. I was left stranded on the side of the highway because my fuel system would not use the 2nd half of the tank which was full of fuel. As a result I had to fill up my gas tank every 200 km all the way to Phoenix Arizona another problem was that it would take 15 minutes to fill up with $20 worth of gas. The car was diagnosed and repaired within 2 hours by the Tempe Dodge Chrysler Dealership in Arizona. Since returning back to Calgary the problem has returned and Renfrew has refused to repair it even though they know this is a recurring problem with the parts supplied by Chrysler. The service manager has refused to listen to my complains and has refused to service my vehicle under warranty which it is covered under because of the repair done in Arizona. More
Been a customer for over a year. I've had my vehicle in several times for service and autobody work and have had several bad experiences. However, two employees have gone out of their way to help make my several times for service and autobody work and have had several bad experiences. However, two employees have gone out of their way to help make my experiences better. They are Graham (Service Manager) and Brian Pink (Service Adviser). The autobody staff do low quality work and the detailing staff are lazy and do not put in the effort to make sure that their job is done well, or above standards. More
i don't recommend this place to anybody ... the new sales departement team is just a rip off team... after two months waiting for a car and a lie after a lie i was pretty much thrown out because i refused to departement team is just a rip off team... after two months waiting for a car and a lie after a lie i was pretty much thrown out because i refused to sign for a deal that was completly different than what we agreed on the first time . higher interrest rate and longer financing periode... when i said this is 12 months more the sales manager told me : " yeah but it doesn't make a difference the payment is the same " ....A sales manager who told me " your gas card , i'll give it to you when i get back from my holidays " to me it sounds more like "your gas card ,you won't get it " .Anyway it was a very bad experiance with this dealership ,not to mention that i was one of their customer ...leasing a car for 4 years with them . lies ,lies ,lies , be carefull people .
