This year I decided I would purchase a vehicle and have always had a liking for the Dodge Ram. I was chatting on line with Amanda Kiejko and arrangements were made for me to test drive a few of the trucks. She was very helpful and for the short time that she has been there I found her to be quite knowledgeable, friendly and I thank her for all the help in securing a vehicle. I would also like to thank Katherine Chan in your finance department who made all the arrangements including registering my vehicle and was very pleasant to deal with. In closing if and when I am in the market for another vehicle will I deal with Renfrew...……..absolutely!! More

Just before the whole lock down happened I took my 2018 RAM 3500 Longhorn Dually diesel truck to Renfrew Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership to get a Oil charge, replace fuel filters, and have a tire pressure monitor replaced which was covered under warranty so no charge for that. I supplied all the filters, and oil so I should have been just charged labor. I was suggested that taking there piece of mind package would make it cheaper. Well when I got my bill it was over $360. Now I know everyone needs to make money, but that is ripping me off. The two fuel filters to replace would take less than 20mins to replace and then the oil change. Now I know diesels cost more in the way for parts because it takes 12 liters of oil and the fuel filters which was not supplied by them. I did some shopped around after and found that I could have got the service done for more than half of what they charged me. I have been taking my vehicles to Renfrew Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for over 11 years, and I will never take or suggest to anyone to have service done here ever. And please if you don't think they are over priced, call around for yourself and you will find out what I'm telling is true. For people that may not know this, it doesn't matter where you bought your Ram, Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep from you can get the service done and any Chrysler dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in North America or as long as you keep your receipts and can get work done like oil changes anywhere. It is only warranty work that must be done at a dealership. Thank you for reading my experience that I had at Renfrew Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Calgary Alberta where I hope my experience may save someone grief on spending more when they don't have to. More

NEVER GO HERE! If this could be no stars, it would. Thier need for getting your car in for every non-essential, upsale of services is ridiculous. I was told by Sarah at 26000kms that my brake fluid was bad, need for getting your car in for every non-essential, upsale of services is ridiculous. I was told by Sarah at 26000kms that my brake fluid was bad, it needed flushing. I disagreed, it wasn't even 2yrs old. I get my oil change & inspection by someone else and no mention of the brakes. I went to them again for my remote starter and Brian insisted that it was part of the maintenance schedule. Brian even lied and told me it was in the book. I realized my book was at home but I asked him to show me and he fed me stat after fact of xxxxxxxx to then only show me a set of asterisks on the computer that referred to the spark plugs being time sensitive. As if to say the asterisks ment what he was referring to. Babbled more about not steering me wrong but it's my choice. It's about safety.....on n on. I fell for it and agreed. I shuttled home to read my manual cover to cover to find out there is no such schedule. I called my husband to see what he thought and was told it was a scam. I tried to call them to say stop the brake fluid service but he told me that it was already up and there was nothing he could do. My husband called and they took down. Brian then called me to see if he could continue and I said no. Finish the alignment and the remote starter. NOT THE BRAKE FLUID. I wanted a second opinion. He then calls me to say my differential fluid was dark and if that goes it would cost 6000.00. Also my battery needed replacing but that was under warranty. I told him no way, I would get it checked with my second opinion. I went to pick it up to find that he did a brake service and apparently put in a new battery. Ummm, why would you do a brake service if I didn't want the brake fluid done, I wanted a second opinion remember??!!! He said that I said not to do the fluid, nothing about the service...when I said the service is NO WHERE IN THE BOOK he tried to backpedal and say "no, I was talking about the renagade". Nice try! what a slimy guy. LITERALLY! So I took it to a friend of the family who lives an hour away and owns a shop himself. My mechanic said that all my fluids are fine and there was NO NEW BATTERY PUT IN. This service department should be ashamed of themselves. How can you sleep at night? NEVER USE THIER SERVICE More

I was met by Dean Alsen (Service Advisor) and the royal treatment started with a hand shake. Dean's an extraordinary kind of person, that is, he exceeds being polite, cordial, informative, patient, sets customer expectations and keeps provides current status, along with next steps. I ended up having some manifold work done on my truck which is costly at the best of times. I have never felt so at ease and pleased with the results of the work done and the person who walked me through from start to finish,... and the final price was even less than the estimate. Dealers don't always get a fair shake from the public, Renfrew Chrysler deserves all the kudo's it can get if they keep employing people like Dean. More
