Great experience buying my first wrangler ! I found the cleanest 2016 wrangler sport in the city here and I love this rig . The purchase experience was great , no pressure and very relaxed. My sales rep Greg let me take the Jeep home for an over night test drive to make sure the car would fit my needs , which is so much better than the 10 minute test drive and pressure sale pitch I got at other dealers .Greg even came in on his Friday off to finalize the deal with a pick up from the train station to boot! If your looking for a pre owned at Renfrew be sure to ask for Greg , also a special shout out to Kathrine in the finance office ! Both of these people were great at there jobs and super relatable. False & incomplete information with held Renfrew did not gather all the warranty information on the used vehicle we bought in Sept 2018. Based on the information they gave us we purchased additional extended warranty to cover the truck to 120,000 km as the 3 year warranty was almost up. In Feb 2019 we were in need of some service work and had to take it to a different dealer. As soon as they put the VIN # into their computer it showed that there was an Gold Plus extended warranty already on this vehicle from the previous owner and was transferrable to us. It covered everything till 160,000 kms. We had it transferred over then called the Finance Manager at Renfrew aand asked for our money back on their warranty plan. He gave me lots of reasons why they don't gather all the information about every vehicle. Basically, it saves them money. Renfrew offered us a further extended warranty that would now bump our warranty to 200,000 km. Stefan Piechocki was to send us a copy of the warranty certificate but haven't seen it yet. Called their service department on Sept 9th and they show nothing in their system. Got forwarded to the Director of Finance (Catherine) and left her a message. Have heard nothing from her at all as of todays date. Renfrew also missed that this vehicle was an out of province vehicle but the registry office did so we had to drive it back to them to do the full inspection. They are definitely computer challenged as no one seems to operate them to there full capability. Can not recommend these slime xxxxx to anyone. They have no ethics. More

Worst car buying experience i've ever had. I had one of the worst purchasing experiences at Renfrew Chrysler. I dealt with a salesperson named James Forrester. We were planning on purchasing a I had one of the worst purchasing experiences at Renfrew Chrysler. I dealt with a salesperson named James Forrester. We were planning on purchasing a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT Black that was an ex rental. On our first trip to the dealership I walked in trying to find a salesperson knowing exactly what I was looking for, James introduced himself and brought me to the Vehicle, at this point he started with his condescending tone and pushy attitude, after leaving the dealership because of this he then texted us within minutes of leaving the lot and offered us a deal on the van, we told him it was not in our budget right now. A week later I gave him another chance and took the caravan for an extended test drive, when picking up the van he barely spoke to me and was frantically running around the showroom, at this point I knew something was strange. We then brought the Van back on Saturday morning and noticed there was two things wrong, a fog lamp needed to be replaced and the driver's side door needed to be readjusted as it was not closing correctly. While writing up our information to process financing, there is an area at the bottom of the form to list issues that need to be fixed on the vehicle, in this box he wrote down the fog lamp but not the door, I told him to put the issue with the door on the form to which he reluctantly did and then said he needed to speak with his head mechanic, James came back and stated that the door was in tolerance and without skipping a beat he put the financing numbers in front of us, so I called him out on the door, to which he replied, “You’re not buying a Mercedes” which to me implied that they are selling trash, which I can’t imagine the marketing guys at the dealership or Dodge would agree with. At this time I spoke to my partner and explained to her that if they are not willing to even try to fix the door imagine what after sales support would be like and explained to her that if they aren’t willing to even look at the door I wouldn’t be willing to make a deal at which point James erratically pulled the paperwork and told his sales manager not to worry about the sale and then walked off. As we were leaving the building, I tried to get my $500 incidental deposit back from the secretary who told me only an accountant can refund the deposit and we would have to wait till Monday. At the end of the day I went in to Renfrew intending to spend $30,000 on a vehicle and walked out with them having $500 of my money and no deal because of the erratic attitude of James Forrester. More

James (Forrester) was great to deal with - very professional, friendly and listened to what the needs of the customer were before suggesting the right vehicle for our family. James was realistic and honest which was refreshing in a salesman! The efficiency at which he was able to get us into the vehicle we wanted (less than 24 hours from first phone calls to purchase) was incredible - and he met our needs at every turn. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would use James and Renfrew again in the future. We also use Renfrew for all servicing needs for our vehicles, and are always met with friendly, professional, and accommodating staff that are always able to help! More
Take the money, shift then blame I bought my car in March (not new) and had it serviced at Renfrew. I travel on muddy roads and I paid them to power wash the undercarriage. After the second time I had them replace the brakes and they charge me $1,800 for a complete brake job. I go the car dirty again and told them that after I picked it up the brakes were making noise (not happening before). They blamed it on the dirt and said it was okay, which it was not. I took it back in and the hosed it of again saying dirt was the problem. Finally I told them it was their last chance to fix a problem that started after the brake job (no issues before, even on the same roads) and they told me that I had abused my car, there was dirt packed in the brakes (the day after I paid them $200 to wash it) and that I did not take good care of my vehicle. Not impressed, not returning. More

Took it in for a simple oil change, came back 45 min later to be told " we just started, we bumped you cause someone came in and they were in a really big hurry!" Took in over and over to try to get things fixed under warranty, but they couldn't find anything, till right when the warranty ran out. Convenient. Call head office to see if they could do anything, to where I was told "no we can't help you with that, but we can sell you a new one!" Why in the world would I buy anything from Chrysler again, when the service department is garbage, and they don't stand behind your vehicles?! You tell me there isn't anything you can do, when in actually, you're the only ones that can do something about it. But no, I just get the run around. Maybe the people that couldn't find the problem while it was under warranty, should come in on their own time and fix it for not doing their jobs in the first place. So don't buy from here, if any Chrysler dealership, as I went to more than one, and they all suck equally, and it's not like head office will back it up. If they gave me a new Jeep tomorrow, I would trade it off on a Ford or Chevy as the point of a new vehicle is the warranty, and a warranty is only as good the service department is, so their warranty is only useful in the bathroom for toilet paper.
