Outrageous!!! Worst mistake of my life, bought a jeep compass last May had problems since day one, got totally ripped off of the price was all total 21000, when all Worst mistake of my life, bought a jeep compass last May had problems since day one, got totally ripped off of the price was all total 21000, when all said and done it took me 4 months to get the contract through the bank it was 27000 they jacket it up without my knowledge. I now own a broke down 2015 jeep that runs like a tank, eats gas like an 8 cylinder and now cannot pay to repair it, so it goes back to the bank ( ruining my frail credit) and I'm without a vehicle. My job requires a safe reliable car, I could not take it on the highway as it's performance is horrible and unsafe. Now that they destroyed my job, and home and health and wellness guess their happy!!! I hope I am their last victim! More

After working in the service industry for as many years as I have, I can not understand how they manage to retain any clients. The sales staff stop caring the minute the deal has gone through, and the service staff do not follow through with the requested work. During my pre purchase test drive, the truck had a large vibration. The deal went through pending a 2nd inspection. My salesmen advised me that the vibration was caused by unequal pressure in the tires... As I'm driving home form the dealership I can feel the vibration getting stronger and stronger. Upon pulling over I find all of my lug nuts backed off. For something this serious and dangerous you would not believe the lack of response from the management team. However years after my purchase they continue to harass me with phone calls and mail asking me to trade in with them. Despite numerous requests to remove me from their customer list, they continue to harass like a crazy ex girlfriend... If Renfrew was the last Ram dealer in Western Canada they would still not see a dime from me. More

rushed and not transparent.. watch out for price switches I called the dealership this morning and talked to Mike Green about buying a diesel from them as they had one on site ( I had another deal with a deal I called the dealership this morning and talked to Mike Green about buying a diesel from them as they had one on site ( I had another deal with a dealership but the truck was the wrong color with some minor differences, Mike told me that the numbers I gave him " should work on this truck " I gave him all the information on my deal and he came back to me and stated that they could do the deal for a certain number a month at which point we negotiated some more he gave me a price again i thought was high so he said he would cal me back 10 min 1hour went by 2hrs went by I texted several times no reply so I called the dealer and asked to speak with sales manager I believe his name was Terry ? I then proceeded to ask why I didn't get a call back and what the final number was so Terry then tells me he can't give those to me because he was not in his office and that I should go to Kip Scott where I have the original deal !! the his black colored truck was worth more then the brown one I was looking at because black cost more !!!!!! and that Mike Green would call me back in 10 mins again ! I wait and Mike calls to tell me that the price has gone up because Terry wanted to go back to the first number he gave me......; Wow that is professionalism and honesty... If I where you I would have a very good look and your contract before you sign and there may very well be added cost that you don't know about because it has a different color. When I asked why they are not honoring the number we came up with he stated that mike had no choice in the matter and the manager make the call.. pass the buck much ? More
