1st Service Called for my first Service for my 2016 Ram. An appointment was made for Thursday at 9:30 am. I received an email for confirmation of my appointment Called for my first Service for my 2016 Ram. An appointment was made for Thursday at 9:30 am. I received an email for confirmation of my appointment for Friday at 2:30 pm. I called and got this straightened out. Rescheduled for Monday at 9:30 Called on Monday morning to confirm appointment and Shuttle Service back to work. Shuttle was confirmed for 9:30 am. Arrived at shop at 9:30 was offered a coffee while I wait for the shuttle to arrive in 30 minutes. I told mike this was not acceptable, I had set up for a 9:30 return, and this was confirmed this morning. Mike Drove me out to my place of work in my Truck, assuring me that it would be ready at 3:00 pm. My Truck was ready when I arrived at 3:oopm. I declined Shuttle Service to return, as my co-worker dropped me off. Other than a little confusion over times, service went well. I realize you do not offer a Taxi Service, but I am flexible on Shuttle times. If you offer me a time of return, I do expect you to be able to shuttle me on the agree upon time. Oil Change On the phone there were additional options offered. I thought the "Peace of Mind" package was over priced and amounted to little. The tire rotation was not needed as new snows were installed recently. I guess my antenna goes up when up-selling is part of the practice. However, there was no hassle opting for just an oil change and Becky, who greeted me at the pre-arranged time, could not have been better. On time, prompt action, gave me a time line and offered coffee, provided an update while speaking to another customer, met the timeline, brought the "key" to me when the job was done. I appreciated the customer treatment on site. One little thing: when I picked up my car it was in the Handicapped parking spot near the garage doors. I appreciated the proximity, but was a bit embarrassed by not being handicapped and occupying that spot. More
