He took that list, and waited until just the right vehicle came in. He didn't try to fit us into a truck that wasn't going to fit our needs. His no pressure, easy going attitude made it almost too easy to buy a truck! This being my first truck, they were great in walking me through all the options that I hadn't thought of. The price was amazing, and the financing and admin staff were great too! Janice, George and Max were personable and down to earth. Everyone just seemed committed to doing a good job for the customer, not themselves. It doesn't even seem like they are on commission there. Thanks Derek & Team! It wasn't the car I thought I wanted, but after several test drives, Dave suggested the Wrangler and ... its perfect! Last week I made an evening appointment to have the oil changed and had likely the best maintenance experience ever: warmly greeted by the staff, and then quick, professional, helpful ... from Mike Kelly. So convenient, no wait even though there appeared to be three customers ahead of me. We were all looked after in no time. The bill was reasonable and Mike gave me a great deal on some new rims.
