Worst attempt to buy a new vehicle, ever,anywhere I've lived Thought I should buy local to get me a new Wrangler. I showed them on line ads for more midrange priced vehicles, being advertised in Toronto ,and asked them to bring me one in. The sales guy on a number of occasions simply told me to go to Toronto and get myself a wrangler there. After complaining to the owner,they lined me up with another sales person, who refused to even do a dealer search to locate a wrangler for me to consider from elsewhere, unless I signed a sales agreement and put down a deposit. She stated that she didn't want to waste peoples time unless the customer showed a commitment. What an insult! What an age old scam. I then complained to the owner, who wrote back saying his staff are doing a great job, as far as he is concerned I then took the first sales guys advice and looked elsewhere. I emailed 5 dealerships across the province saying I wanted to buy a Sahara wrangler, outlined my price range and gave them my phone number. Within 15 minutes a guy com ontario chrysler phoned, and within 3 hours we sealed a deal. The other 4 dealers were a little slower, Kingston , jjstewart, peel, north york, and when they discovered they missed my business , a manager from both north york and peel personally phoned to apologize that they missed my business. The others wrote emails apologizing. These guys are class acts. In fact the north york dealership guy stated that it was too bad he missed my business, and although ontario chrysler is their competitor, they are good folks, and assured me I would have a great buying experience with them. How classy is that!! Belleville chrysler on the other hand handled my potential sale like they couldn't care less about securing a new customer I would never buy there.. Never ever put down your hard earned money and sign a sales agreement for a phantom car they don't even have on the lot. The other dealers I spoke to about that strategy, laughed and chuckled about these practices More

They seem very inept at understanding at the time of quoting a price whether that the repair is covered under warranty or not. And most likely it isn't. But then I check my bumper to bumper coverage and it says it is. Very frustrating, this dealership makes it money not via car sales, but the kick backs banks give for doing the in house financing through dealership for the highest paid kick back, and most of their money is made in the service dept, by hosing you oil change was to be half price for life of ownership went from 22$ and is now at $87 that just an oil change. by you vehicle here but get serviced else where. Charged $65.26 for a faulty diagnosis of sliding door which only partially opened. Also paid $425.80 for a new door motor which wasn't needed as the problem was a broken wire. First Ralph said he would take the motor back and charge a restocking fee, then he changed his mind then. Not the type of service to be expected from a Five Star dealership. More
