When I decided on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, I went to a dealer in downtown Toronto to see what they could do for me. They took my potential trade for a drive without asking (!!), and asked me for a $7 to a dealer in downtown Toronto to see what they could do for me. They took my potential trade for a drive without asking (!!), and asked me for a $7,000 deposit on the Jeep! I said no way, and walked out. Soon after, I went to Raceway Chrysler and met Vahid. I'm a "car guy", and so is Vahid - so we immediately hit it off. Vahid talked me through the SRT model (he was very knowledgeable) and shortly after I had an order put in for the jeep. Overall, this first part of the buying process was great. It took a long time for the jeep to arrive - over 12 weeks - but in fairness, Vahid mentioned it may take that long since it was a special order vehicle. So I was okay with that. When the car arrived, I told Vahid that I didn't want anyone touching it - didn't want it cleaned, didn't want the dealer logo put on the back, didn't want the plastic taken off the seats. He did just that - the car wasn't touched when I went to pick it up. He had even taken off the window sticker and placed it in his desk so it wouldn't get damaged. I'm happy with my new vehicle purchase, and alot of this has to do with my great experience with Vahid. I would suggest that any and all car guys / girls that are interested in a car, or especially an SRT, visit Vahid at Raceway Chrysler. More
