The sales team, led by Ahmad Nabtiti, is very professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. Vahid Bahmani, the new car sales prfessional, was very helpful and provided the inforamtion I needed to make my decsion to buy a new Dodge Grand Caravan. Ahmad Nabtiti, his Boss, is a great moderator/sales manager and will look after the customer's needs - very reasonable chap. I recommend both individuals and Raceway Chrysler to anyone considering buying a new vehicle. And, my wife is talking about the performance of her Grand Caravan, that is sporting the New Pentastar Engine under the hood. 3.6L, 283 ponies with a six speed automatic tansmission. Please do not deal with this dealership or specifically Vahid Bahmani and Ahmad Nabtiti. These so called salesmen are totally dishonest. I have recently retired from the Toronto Fire Service after 34 years Vahid Bahmani and Ahmad Nabtiti. These so called salesmen are totally dishonest. I have recently retired from the Toronto Fire Service after 34 years. I have never in all of my years been exposed to 2 more dishonest sales people. They quoted me a price of a vehicle in the showroom one day. That evening I phoned again to make sure of the price of the vehicle. I was told ,yes, that is the exact price. I then took my family to the showroom the next day to purchase the vehicle. Again I checked to see if the original quote was still the price. I was told yes it is. Then when I went to sign the deal, the deal was $500 more than what they said. After checking 3 times, these unscrupulous, so called sales people, tried to sell me this vehicle for $500 more. Firefighters, police, ambulance people, everyone who is reading this, do not go to this dealership. They are completely untrustworthy. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. More
