EXCELLENT!! I went in to Raceway Chrysler with my EXCELLENT!! I went in to Raceway Chrysler with my sister and met Gerry. We test drove a Jeep Wrangler. Gerry did not push any sale that day, and I EXCELLENT!! I went in to Raceway Chrysler with my sister and met Gerry. We test drove a Jeep Wrangler. Gerry did not push any sale that day, and I appreciated that. He called a few days later for a private sale. I went in and we went on a test drive again, and then we sat down to finally make a deal. Gerry was excellent, so was Ahmad. Being a woman in a dealership by myself I thought I would experience the stereo typical sales tactics and aggressiveness. Gerry, Ahmad as well as all the other staff at the dealership were respectful, courteous and patient with me. I thank them all for making this car purchase experience a great one. In the future if we are again in the market for a car we will definitely return to Raceway Chrysler. More
I went to this dealership to buy a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan. I met with Nathan Lamont (sales consultant) and he explained everything in detail. We went for a test drive. I informed Nathan that I want to buy the vehicle by paying the full amount in Cash. I requested for the best price for Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 2013. He called the sales manager STEFANO IACOBELLI who came and asked me what price I think is right. I asked him to give me the best price he can sell me at, but he got little excited and brought 5-6 newspaper cuttings showing price of the vehicle ranging from $22000 to $23999. I had a newspaper advertisement of Cooksville Dodge Ram Chrysler dealership that I kept in my pocket which showed the price of SXT model for $19999.00 plus HST. He looked at it and got more upset, and offered to beat the price by $100. When I wanted him to give the estimate in writing, he got upset and said the last price that he can give is $19500 plus the HST. I appreciated that and asked him to give me till evening, so that I can get the insurance and the money for the vehicle. He got very upset and said why you are wasting my time if you don't want to buy. I felt bad, and requested him to behave properly. I tried to explain him that I want to buy the vehicle otherwise why would I come to the dealership. The sales consultant Nathan Lamont and everybody else was watching and listening to the conversation as Stefano was too loud. I got upset at his behaviour and told him to be quite. I told him that I or any other customer would never expect this kind of behaviour from a sales manager. I told him that I would rather pay little bit more money but get a good customer service and respect. In the mean time we went outside the dealership and were ready to go home, but Nathan Lamont came and apologised for the rude behaviour of Stefano. He offered to sell the vehicle at the promised price of $19500.00. I accepted his apology and went in with him to buy the vehicle. Once I was inside he told me that now they don't have any vehicle in stock and he has to locate the vehicle and get it. I would have to pay additional $195.00 for any colour I chose except for white (which I didn't like). So I agreed to that and now the price was $19695.00. I agreed and chose a colour and went to reception to pay the $1000.00 down and would pay the rest when I come to pick up the vehicle. Stefano was wondering around and giving us bad looks. Than Nathan took me to the finance department where fahid took my licence and prepared the sales agreement. I requested Nathan to show me the price before I pay the $1000.00 down payment. He said that I will know the price once the sales agreement is printed. I was very upset when I saw the sales invoice showing different price that what we agreed on. I requested fahid to confirm the price with Nathan, so he called the sales manager Stefano and he told him and Fahid told me to either pay it or leave it. I was very upset as the sales team broke several promises about the price. I was worried how they will react and deal with me next time I come for any service, or if there is anything wrong in my vehicle under warranty, they would probably give me the same reaction. So I requested fahid to cancel the sales, he called Stefano and I had to see his face one more time. I asked him that you promised me $19500.00 plus HST and now in the invoice it comes up to $19999.00. He said that this is the price, either you pay it or leave it. I was very upset at the customer service that this Sales manager is giving and was amazed at the Dealership to have this kind of incompetent people working for them. So I took my refund and wasted 2 hours at the dealership. The general manager Mr. IVAN KOVACEVIC was not present at the dealership. I took the contact information and let’s see if the general manager can do anything about this kind of behaviour by their sales team. More
Great experience purchasing my Fiat sport from Chris at Raceway Chrysler. The car is a head-turner on the road and I love the ride in the city and on the highway. Buying a new Jeep from Doris Di Guilio was easily the best experience I have had with a dealership. Not only was she friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgeable, but she was far more personable than best experience I have had with a dealership. Not only was she friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgeable, but she was far more personable than any other sales reps from other dealers I was in contact with during this process. She didn't try and nickel and dime me on the price, she laid out my options very clearly and in a professional manner, which I both appreciate and respect.It was a great pleasure working with Doris Di Guilio and I won't hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends and family when they are looking for a new vehicle. Doris and the representative from Chrysler were very help vehicles in the past, and were in a vehicle that was not appropriate to our current needs. Doris and the representative from Chrysler were very helpful, understanding, and clear about our financial options for switching vehicles, and assisted us in finding the right car for us at this time. Raceway Chrysler (Rexdale BLVD Etobicoke) Good prices bad sales practices. I was very discussed with sale peoples tactics. I have bought eight other cars over my lifetime and this was the biggest battle ever sales practices. I was very discussed with sale peoples tactics.
