All of the employees at Raceway were friendly and attentive to my needs, and Doris was an absolute pleasure to work with. Before signing off on anything, I was able to ensure all of my questions and concerns were address. I was able to add some extras with the savings (rain guards, bug deflector, protection pkg warranty, extended warranty) and I'm getting a brand new 'second' set of floor mats because the factory sent two of the passenger side by mistake. This just tells me that all future dealings with Doris and Raceway will be hassle free and that they'll take care of my needs. Although this dealership is well out of the way for me, I'm glad Raceway was strongly recommended by a friend. Keep up the good work!! More

Jesse was always very warm and prompt in his email responses and helped me to decide on the particular model I wanted and negotiated with me to get a good price. Even when I changed my mind about the model after having put a deposit down, he helped organize everything and went to great lengths to ensure that the car we drove away with was the most suitable for us. After purchasing the car, we ran into problems with car insurance (basically because we still had Australian driver's licences). Jesse went out of his way to help us sort things out by helping us contact insurance companies, swap our licences over and allowing us to leave the car at the dealer until everything was sorted out. All in all, Jesse and the team at Raceway gave us a great deal on a car we are really happy with and helped us sort out some problems that they were under no obligation to help with. I would recommend this dealership in general, and Jesse in particular, very heartily to anyone looking to buy a new car. More
