My first contact with the dealership was via telephone with Wasif Ahmed. He provided all the information I required and was very polite. When I arrived at the dealership he was again very polite and very with Wasif Ahmed. He provided all the information I required and was very polite. I arrived late in the afternoon and he did everything he could to try and seal the deal that day in order to save me a trip back as I live 2 hours away. Unfortunately we did not make it to MTO before it closed, no fault of Wasif's. I came back early the next morning and he had everything ready for me which was greatly appreciated. Since I purchased the car he has followed up with a courtesy call. When I advised him that I required some warranty work, Wasif called a GM dealer in my area to ensure I would not encounter any problems. His effort to this was again appreciated and was definitely above and beyond what I expected and I extend a sincere Thank You to him. Wasif sets a fine example in the car sales industry.
