I am writing this review because i was overwhelmed with the expierence i had in purchasing a new vehicle. After i had a look around the lot, i was approached by a neat looking gentleman who was well dresse the expierence i had in purchasing a new vehicle. Wasif Ahmed is a very sweet, friendly and informative sale person ... His expertise and knowledge of vehicle was well needed I was glad he was my sale guy because he was very very helpful in help new sale person ... The first time we met Doris was almost 3 years ago my husband purchase a dodge ram from her we were impressed by her knowledge of vehicles and helping us select a vehicle that would meet our family needs husband purchase a dodge ram from her we were impressed by her knowledge of vehicles and helping us select a vehicle that would meet our family needs. We have always valued her opinion therefore we went back this year and purchased my Dodge Durango Citadel she sat with us and looked at our needs and wants in a new vehicle. I am so happy that we listened to her the car is wonderful and is spacious and meets all our needs and our three children and two dogs big family I would recommend and have recommended Doris to family members and friends. We had a wonderful experience in selecting our vehicle and will always keep in touch with Doris and will hopefully continue to purchase future vehicles from her especially since one of our children has turned 16 and the next one has two years to go and will be driving also. On September 30, 2013 I inquired about a Dodge Grand Caravan and was contacted by Gerry Tiwari who gave me a reasonable price and assured me that the vehicle with the options i wanted was in stock and t Caravan and was contacted by Gerry Tiwari who gave me a reasonable price and assured me that the vehicle with the options i wanted was in stock and to come down to his dealership. I made my way down to the dealership along with my father who was looking to purchase the vehicle that day. After arriving at the dealership and asking for Gerry i was informed that he was not there at the moment. Having called him on his cellphone, which he provided me with earlier, i was informed that he was stuck in traffic and that the manager, Ahmad Nabtiti would take care of us. I proceeded to Mr. Nabitis office who introduced me to Chris Shah and informed me that he will instead deal with us. I explained the situation to Mr. Shah, informing him that we have agreed on a vehicle, color, options and price and were here to take a quick look at it and purchase it. At this time Chris Shah informed us that the vehicle actually wasn't at this location and that he'd have to bring it down for us to look at it, however he was unable to do it at the moment since it was at a location in Mississauga. I asked Mr. Shah to take down my number and call me when the vehicle was there and we'd go from there. However, he insisted that we simply put down a deposit and secure the vehicle. Wanting to actually see the vehicle before purchasing it, i explained to Chris that we would prefer to see the vehicle before making the purchase. At this point Mr. Shah asked if he had a similar vehicle would we be interested in purchasing it right now, to which we answered yes, after all that was our intention from the moment we left the house. Chris Shah pulled up with the grand caravan we originally agreed on, only difference was that this one had alloy wheels, while the vehicle we came to see did not. He asked us "If i give you THIS vehicle right now instead, at our agreed price, will you take it?" To which we said yes. We inspected the vehicle, Chris Shah went over the options and we went inside to complete the paperwork My father left a $2,000 deposit and at this point we were introduced to the finance manager who was going to finalize the paperwork. I did not get his name, however he was a pleasant person to deal with. Once the bill of sale was completed I looked it over and noticed that there was no VIN number. anywhere on the bill. I asked the sales manager why there was no VIN number since we agreed to purchase the caravan that was outside. He informed me that he was told that we are not purchasing THAT exact vehicle but a similar one. This was NOT what we agreed to. He called in Chris Shah and we asked him the same question, and at this point the back peddling and denials started. Chris Shah showed us a vehicle, and we agreed that was going to be the one we were purchasing, only for him to leave out the VIN number on the bill of sale and attempt to switch vehicles on us. At this point we asked to have our deposit since we were not dealing with honest individuals, and were instead told that we "misunderstood" him. After asking several more time for our deposit back he finally met our request after he spoke to the manager. Once the money was refunded on my father's Master Card, I walked into the managers office and explained to him what had happened. Ahmad Nabtiti did not care what i had to say, and instead of trying to fix the problem asked me to leave the dealership and not come back. I was not rude to him, did not raise my voice and tried to deal with everyone in a professional manner. The lack of professionalism exhibited by someone who was supposed to be a manager simply shocked me, while at the same time it lead me to believe that he was in on the whole situation. To anyone looking to purchase a vehicle stay clear of this location. Having purchased many vehicles for personal use over the span of my life I have never encountered a group of individuals like this before. This is not a simple omission, misunderstanding, or mistake. This was a deliberate attempt to lead someone to believe that they are purchasing one vehicle with better options, getting them to sign the paperwork, and then deliver something else. This is fraud. My sales person was Gerry Tiwari, an extremely friendly and easy-going man. I was in his office for half an hour and immediately proceeded to purchase a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan SE. Gerry went out o and easy-going man. I was in his office for half an hour and immediately proceeded to purchase a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan SE. Gerry went out of his way to find my colour of choice (Cashmere) as the dealership did not have the vehicle in question with said colour on its premises. My whole purchase experience with Gerry was absolutely great. The price of the vehicle was the best in the whole GTA and the trade-in price offer for my 2008 Grand Caravan was extremely fair. My new vehicle was delivered in impeccable condition and I'm super happy with my new vehicle. I would recommend Raceway Chrysler to anyone looking to purchase a Dodge product and strongly suggest that you deal with Gerry Tiwari, a super friendly person who will make your buying experience a great one. We had a great experience with Wasif as our sales guy. He was very helpful in helping us pick out a car that suited our needs perfectly. We were always able to get a hold of him when we needed to. He explained everything well and showed us several options where we were able to choose the perfect car for us. He went to far as to bring us a car that more fit our needs from another dealership. This is our second time dealing with this dealership and we would strongly recommend this dealership and Wasif to our family and friends. As an added note, my wife was so excited to see that Wasif went that extra mile to put balloons on our new vehicle. We would definitely come back again for our next vehicle.
