I got to the dealership and the on my way in Vahid saw me not knowing who I was and asked if he could assist me I said I was looking for him and away we went. He brought the vehicle around and explained everything to me, (if I wasn't already interested in the vehicle, I sure was then). We took it for a test drive and he explained everything perfect about the vehicle. He was very friendly and not a pushy salesman like some can be. I felt no weird feeling about buying a great vehicle from him and have not and will not look back on my experience with Vahid and Raceway as a bad uncomfortable way. Buying a vehicle can often be intimidating bu My wife and I just closed the purchase of our 2014 Dodge Caravan with Sales Professional Doris DiGiulio. Buying a vehicle can often be intimidating but not with Doris. It started with a online inquiry I made approximately 2 years ago. Doris responded to my inquiry and at the time I told her up front I was just shopping but not ready to buy for approximately 2-3 years. Doris had no issue with this and from that time on was kind enough to keep me posted on things she felt would be helpful to me for the purchase later. This included greetings at holidays and notice of her recent change of job status with the addition of responsibilities at home but with assurance she would still be "on top" of her clients. This past Sunday I put it to the test as we had urgent need to buy a new vehicle as our daughter needed a car "yesterday" when hers died and she was not looking for a new vehicle but thought as we had mentioned ours may be available in the future she would ask if that was now. Long story short, we contacted Doris by e-mail last Sunday night and within1 hour she was back to us and we set time to meet her a her office Monday afternoon. We chatted about all the items we had on our list and she was able to satisfy all. The end result is we meet again Thursday this week to take delivery of our 2014 Dodge Caravan CVP and are very much looking forward to this. Needless to say we are looking forward to a long relationship with Doris as we intend to buy our vehicles more frequently in future and would most definitely recommend her to our friends and relatives who need a true automotive sales professional. He had excellent knowledge of all the cars and was able to tell me the differences between each one and the advantages for each one. He was available every step of the way until I purchased the vehicle. He has a positive and professional demeanour and has a good rapport with co-workers and his manager. A few days ago I traded in my Dodge Grand Caravan for a new 2014 model. Vahid assisted me once again and he was as helpful as before. He has a wonderful and dynamic way of communicating and he goes above and beyond what is expected. I feel that based on all his great qualities, he could one day become the manager. I also received great customer service from Ahmad Nabtiti, the sales manager. He answered all my questions and was very accommodating and professional.
