Great place to go for a car!!! I bought my Fiat 500 yesterday from the Raceway Chrysler dealership in Rexdale, Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. I got their link from the web as the closest dealership for a Fiat. I had gone there to check out the new Fiat 500, as one of the alternatives I was considering. I met with Khalil and he was extremely courteous and informative. I got great information from him as well as a good quote. I went away promising that if I do decide to buy a Fiat, I'll buy it from there. Next visit was when I had decided I wanted a Fiat. Was handled by Bob Saeed at this time. The wait was a bit long, but I had not taken an appointment. So no real complaints. Bob is an exceptional salesperson with vast experience and a great way with words. He sold me on the car I wanted and also helped in getting a good price. I decided to buy and he introduced me to Manjinder for the financing part. Manjinder was excellent in his work. He helped secure the financing despite our limited duration in Canada. His help and advise allowed us to obtain financing and that too for the maximum duration. I am very satisfied with the entire sales process at Raceway Chrysler and I would strongly recommend them for anyone wanting to buy a Fiat, Jeep, Chrysler. More
Over-Aggressive sales pitch ruined potential sale To whom this may concern, I visited this dealership 3 weeks ago to have a look at the selection of Jeeps offered and test drove a few different opt To whom this may concern, I visited this dealership 3 weeks ago to have a look at the selection of Jeeps offered and test drove a few different options. The salesman, Mikhael, was initially very friendly and understanding of my intentions. He allowed us to test-drive as many vehicles as I liked and afterwards invited us into the dealership to discuss further. I informed him repeatedly throughout this process that I was going to consider my options and would have to carefully consider whatever price we could agree on before legally promising such a large investment. From this moment on, he became more aggressive as the discussion continued. I made an initial offer and he requested my signature and credit cards/ids. I understand this is a sales tactic to coach and influence the consumer into a purchasing attitude and reciprocated this to Mikhael. I still gave him my ID but refused to hand over credit cards. After speaking with his manager, he returned with a counter-offer. This continued two more times until I hit a number that was satisfactory to my liking and was something I would considered. When Mikhael returned though, he repeatedly shouted "WE HAVE A DEAL" AS LOUD AS HE COULD AND PHYSICALLY TRIED TO FORCE A HANDSHAKE WITH ME. I pulled back my hand and advised him this wouldn't be happening until I discussed and considered the offer. I asked for a few moments to speak privately amongst ourselves and returned to request the contract I would be signing and his business card. I insisted I was very interested in purchasing the vehicle but would require at least 24 hours to consider. Mikhael then became more aggressive and repeatedly YELLED AT ME... "Don't you want a vehicle??", "You said you wanted a vehicle", "WE HAD A DEAL!" "YOU'RE WASTING MY TIME", "YOU SAID YOU'D BUY THE VEHICLE AT THAT COST!". After Mikhael finished berating me, I requested my licence back and he threw it at me, IN FRONT OF MANAGEMENT NO LESS, who proceeded to all insult me from their office as I walked out the door shaking my head. Terrible sales closing technique on the part of Raceway. They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they spoiled that opportunity. I decided I wanted that vehicle but will pay more from another dealership so I never have to experience that frustration and aggression from another salesman again. As a salesman myself, I was in shock that not only was that behavior tolerated, but it seemed to be encouraged! I will be driving by to say hello in my new Jeep next week, and have a frank discussion with Mikhael and the managers regarding their sales policies and attitude. This won't be the first complaint I publicly air towards Raceway Chrysler on Rexdale Blvd. You have been warned, thanks More
Great deal here and accomodating. I did have an issue with the business manager but when I told salesman Mohammad he rectified it entirely to my satisfaction al here and accomodating. However I was unsure if I could afford it as I was just out of school and have a limited budget to work with. My uncle and I went to Raceway just to look. Vahid Bahmani greeted us and asked if he could help us. I told him I was just looking but was interested in the Jeep Wrangler. I told him I had a specific budget I needed to adhere to ... I was prepared for the worst. But to our surprise Vahid was able to offer me a deal that was affordable. I bought it on the spot after discussing it with my uncle. When my mom and I went to pick up my new car Vahid had tied balloons to it! I was so hap[y and excited to have my new car. I had the car I wanted, at the price I wanted! Vahid helped me realize my dream! I would definitely go back to Vahid and would recommend Vahid Bahmani to anyone! More

He even got balloons for my 3 year old daughter and 6 year old son and had them waiting inside our brand new purchase when I picked it up. I am normally not the type that write reviews, but I was very pleased with the service I received that I am writing one now. I sent an email inquiring about the new Jeep and Mikhael Nader immediately contacted me and we set up a time for me to come in and test drive the vehicle. He was exceptional to deal with on the phone and even more so in person. He was very easy going, honest and not pushy and really helped me made up my mind regarding the purchase! Before stepping into the dealership, I was not expecting to walk out with a purchase; however my dealing with Mikhael and Ahmad (the sales Manager) was so amazing that I knew there was no other place to buy my Jeep than here. So I decided there and then to purchase my new Jeep and will be picking it up this coming Wednesday. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Chrysler, Jeep, Fiat. Everyone else in the dealership also seems really friendly including the Finance Manager Matt. Overall, an exceptional dealership (team) I look forward to many more purchases from them. Tom More
