Your Salesman Lied. Mikhael flat out lied to get me into your dealership obviously desperate for a sale on a trade in. Hoping I that after he sent on a test drive with Mikhael flat out lied to get me into your dealership obviously desperate for a sale on a trade in. Hoping I that after he sent on a test drive with a 2013 car I would change my mind regarding our telephone conversation. He contacting me saying Dodge had sent me an a letter with incentives and such, I did not receive any such mailing and neither did the co-signer on my loan. During the telephone conversation I clearly told Mikail that I did not want to add any years to my loan as I had been paying on it for almost two years and I also made clear I did not want my payment to increase, if either was going to happen there was no point in my coming in. He assured me he had a 2012 Avenger that it would not add years to the loan but the payment may increase a few dollars a month. When I got to the dealership yesterday, there was no 2012 Avenger instead it was a 2013 Avenger that would increase my payments by $50 or more and then he advised he could only do a 7 year loan. That would be an increase of two years on the loan and an increase in payment. I also sent him a text before I came in inquiring about a down payment and that is all he was concerned about by the time all this happened. Is lying and misleading Customers to get them in the door part of the training for your sales staff? I am not impressed nor happy with the huge waste of my time, My first experience with your dealership was pleasant, however yesterday was brutal. He went as far as to badger me about wanting to spend money on maintenance such as tires and breaks, it was unbelievable! and I was cheery red angry by the time I walked out. I will be advising my family, all of my friends, acquaintances and co-workers to stay clear of your dealership as your sales staff can not be trusted to be up front and honest about exactly what it is they are proposing.
