great value I usually negotiate my deal by phone as the dealership is a 2 hour drive. We finalize the deal by appointment at the dealership. I purchased a 2016 grand caravan and traded my 2014 grand caravan. Everything worked fine in closing the deal with one notable exception. My trade-in had a recently installed trailer hitch with appropriate wiring at a cost of $700 so the removal of the hitch and installation on the new vehicle was part of the deal. I made this known to the sales person prior to my arrival and arrived at 9AM so everything could be taken care of the same day. The problem arrived when the service department could not safely remove the hitch so I will have to return a second time to have the work carried out. By the time the problem was identified I'd spent almost 8 hours at the dealership. I certainly hope that when I have to return to Toronto to have the new hitch installed the process with go without a problem. The dealer did agree the new hitch and wiring will be without cost to me. More
