2015 Jeep Renegade I came into this dealership to show some cars to my mother in-law considering she was needing to get a new vehicle. We were approached by a gentleman by the name of Sunny, he kindly asked what we were looking for and explained some details on her needs and also mentioned what I thought would work for her, we were interested on the fiat 500 and jeep renegade but we had no intentions on buying a vehicle but rather get a quote and get an idea on pricing. In the end we ended up buying a jeep renegade for her, sunny spent a good amount of time explaining details about the car and made it a fun and exciting experience for the both of us, he answered all questions professionally and we were happy. From the first visit, to signing the purchase agreement a few visits later, I can say Amgad was direct & honest and tried his best to accommodate my needs and keep it in my budget (although I believe I drove him crazy). After the purchase, I misunderstood or was given incorrect information, I had to return to adjust my purchase agreement, I was extremely surprised & satisfied how helpful and quickly my concerns were addressed and resolved with no grief by both Amgad & the finance manager.
