Never at any point in our discussion did we feel any pressure of buying. Georgiy was able to answer our questions honestly and thoroughly. We feel that Georgiy, his manager and the owner worked hard to get us the best deal possible. I've been shopping around for a specific colour in the Jeep Sahara (tank colour) in the 2016 unlimited model; unfortunately the colour was not available to be ordered when I went in about 2 weeks ago. A week later Rohan called me and said they found one at one at their other location in the colour, model and year I wanted. I was soo happy . I went in to see him with a specific monthly payment in mind and features I wanted on top of the base model. Rohan did everything he could to get me the best deal possible and even got my reverse camera specially added and thrown in with the deal. The reason I said he's very honest is because of a small miscommunication with something I thought I was getting but didn’t see it when I got my vehicle. Apparently it wasn't on the checklist I signed either. The next day after I drove away with the vehicle I mentioned it to him. He went to his manager and put his name on the line admitting the miscommunication on his part and the Sales Manager who was also very understanding advised they will order that part for me and have it installed at no cost. I didn’t have to argue with them or didn’t feel any stress. Rohan took care of it which was great! I even got a Jeep cap that I wanted to top it off. Overall the team was great but due to Rohan's timely responses to my questions, his follow-ups and his honestly I would highly recommend you ask for him. He seems to be a genuine person that your best interest in mind as well, which is rare in the world of sales. More
