I did considerable research online and was surprised to learn facts about the Chevy Volt that impressed me. In addition, online reviews about the car were positive. I made a list in order of priority of cars we wanted to look into. The Volt was at the top of the list but we had made no decision at that point. We intended to test drive several different cars. I looked online for dealerships with existing inventory for the cars we wanted to look at. We had no prior opinion or experience with the Queenston Chev dealership, but they had a Volt showing on their online inventory so we decided to visit them - even though there are Chevy dealerships closer to our home. When we arrived, we found the Volt on prominent display in the showroom and we went directly to it. While we were looking it over, the receptionist who had been onserving us asked if we were there to look specifically at the Volt. After we answered in the affermative, she directed us to a specific salesman. We were impressed with the level of knowledge about the product he had and the fact that he had actually driven one for a period of time. In addition, he was very personable and candid. In the end, we decided that we wanted a Volt and we bought one without following throiugh on our plan to check other makers of hybrids. We experienced no problems or hitches in the subsequent process and were very satisified overall with both the dealership and the car. More

When I missed the trade in event I dropped by to see what other deals could be made and was immediately introduced to Doug. They did not do a lot of work and hit me with an unexpected bill as others have done.
